The young man working yesterday did a great job of manually soaping up the car and scrubbing its blackened wheels before we took it through the automated wash. I chose the top-of-line prestige wash for €15, which even includes washer fluid top-off. The whole process took 20 minutes, and really transformed the car. Top marks!

Had tyres changed on my Mum's car a while back. They threw the old tyres in the back; dirty. Car…read morewas there all day for front brake disc change and new tyre fitting; dropped off at 10:30 hrs. Got called at 17:50 hrs, told the car would be ready in 10 minutes. Ended up waiting till 18:50 hrs in the parking lot till the car was ready. Lube for fitting the tyres was still dripping down so you know they only changed them then. Front desk staff is a mess. Had tyres changes before that I bought myself (same as this time) and they disposed of they old ones; and charged me for the disposal. Don't know why they didn't do that for my mums car. Dirty tyre marks left on the back of the back seats. Brought it in today to have that cleaned. They just vacuumed it. It didn't need a vacuum. Just the tyre marks removed. Went to pick it up and the tyre marks were still there. They kept the car and cleaned the tyre marks, then they say that they didn't cause the scratches. I said nothing about scratches; just the tyre marks. Aweful service, the owner was very rude, said I was abusing his staff. I wasn't; I was just irate; said I was yelling inside in front of customers, I wasn't I just have a loud voice and project well when speaking. They don't know their behind from their elbow; there's a different girl at the front desk each week. Mechanical service is negative 10. Drop a car off for a 3 hour job and get it back 6 hours later dirty. Bought a BMW 3 years ago; no spare tyre, wrong battery, no tyre change kit and iCarly says the mileage has been altered. Owner tells me it was just dirt, not 20 kids in the back. What does that even mean? Does he have experience transporting 20 kids in the back of a Hyundai i30? Seems suspicious. Avoid at all costs.
