    Bought a 2018 Mercedes GLC from Frank Hogan's back in Jan2023. Smooth deal and delighted with…read morepurchase. After washing the merc by hand at home, I noticed a couple of severe defective paint spots on the vehicle (could not see as was raining on day of collection) where the scratches were re-sprayed by Frank Hogan before handover / close out of the purchase / deal. I made contact with Frank Hogan (no names mentioned) and was asked to bring the vehicle back in for inspection after sending through email with images attached of the defects. I was then told to drop down to a body repair shop where they inspected same & confirmed it will be taken care of. I booked vehicle in for a Thursday and they confirmed it will be ready to collect the next day (Friday) pm. I telephoned the day before booking and was informed no alternative vehicle was available even though it was stated on the day of initial booking as this is a warranty matter. I re-booked yet again and confirmed the day before actual booking I called to find out that Frank Hogan's would not stand a loan car even though this is a warranty matter. I spoke with Frank Hogan's sales representative and was informed to proceed with the booking with the body shop. So I proceeded and booked a further appointment and then when I called to confirm the appointment I was told that Frank Hogan's sales representative insisted that I would not be given a courtesy car and that I take it or leave it (warrant matter). I decided to book the vehicle in as I'm not one to play cat & mouse games, unlike Frank Hogan's sales representative. The vehicle was brought in at 8am, collected at 5pm, NO courtesy vehicle provide by Frank Hogan !!! I have spent the day walking around limerick in the rain and being self employed I've lost a days pay as could not get to work !!! I am truly astonished as to the appalling behaviour / approach by Frank Hogan...... The vehicle is now sorted to the correct standard as it should have been at the date of purchase back in Jan2023 and at an additional cost to me..... I've only shared experience as potential customers of Frank Hogan's should be made aware of how Frank Hogan look after their customers once the vehicle is driven off their premises once purchased ...... Frank Hogan need not respond as words in a response here do not mean a thing !! Cheers

    Bought a new car 4 weeks ago .... within a week aa airbag alarm appeared on dash - rang frank…read morehogans and they said no need for an appointment , just drive to them and they'll have a look immediately . As I had a round trip to reach their garage of 90km , I was'nt best pleased with the inconvenience . So imagine my fury when I get there only to be told I need an appointment ... my appointment was then scheduled for 3 days later ( remembering that an airbag issue is potentially very dangerous ) at 11;00 am. I turn up at 10;45 , park my new car and give over the keys - it's very cold out , and raining , we're in level 5 lockdown so nowhere for me to go but wait outside . After 12;00 pm , I head back in , cold,wet but confident my car will be ready only to see it still parked where I left it !!! After insisting on getting my keys back as I'd just about had enough , they finally decide to do my car . 15mins later I get my car back .... driving home ( another 90km round trip ) guess what error appears on my dash ... yep airbag alarm - another 90km round trip 2 days later and as I write this , they have had my new car 5days now and still nothing .... save yourselves the strife and refrain from dealing with this establishment
