Short version: Price was reasonable for a photo place in the mall and the quality was acceptable,…read morebut as many reviewers have pointed out, the wait and the lack of communication were unacceptable. They do answer your questions in a friendly and satisfactory manner, but they do not take the initiative to update you while you are waiting. Looks like this trend has continued for years. Long version: The staff seemingly spends very little time, if at all, at the front desk. When I first arrived (no one was working at the front desk, typical of the countless times I have walked by the store on my mall visits), I waited for a good 20 mins until patience ran out and I walked into the backroom down the hallway with the computer screens to see the 3 staff members back there chilling (they were not with customers). I needed passport photos and the guy seemingly in charge (Antonio) said they'd be $16 with 4 copies of the same photo printed. I asked about whether the picture would be available to me in jpeg, and Antonio said "no," unless I pay another $40 for a picture disk... ok, at that insane price, no thanks. It turned out Antonio was the photographer and on the 5th headshot we found the picture I liked. I was not told how long I'd need to wait for the pictures to be printed. It turned out it took another 15-20 minutes. Finally finished, the pictures were acceptable.

We found Precious Moments on Facebook and I reached out. Claressa responded within hours with her pricing and availability. She was able to get us in within a week of us reaching out! Which was super helpful since our daughter was reaching the end of the ideal age for newborn photos. Claressa was patient with Autumn, allowing plenty of time for feeing breaks and diaper changes. She had had plenty of props and outfits at her in home studio. She was patient with my two other children ages 5 and 16 months. The photos came out amazing within a weeks time. I had a great experience! I went to Marly for a few head shots for my website (I'm a writer,…read moredirector, producer). Before I even showed up for the shoot I made sure that I expressed my anxiety via email about actually being in front of the camera for once. Marly's response was quick and totally put me at ease about any physical insecurities I was afraid would show up in High-Definition in front of the camera. She also gave me advice about what I should wear (makeup, wardrobe, and accessories) that would look good in front of the camera. I felt better going in but still very nervous. When I got there Marly was very patient with me as I had felt my face would do this weird nervous twitch as soon as the camera came out. Marly suggested we play some of my favorite songs I had downloaded on my phone which really helped me relax. Her encouraging words throughout the shoot helped me with my awkwardness :-) The equipment she used was quite impressive and she certainly knew how to use it. Overall, Marly made a nerve wrecking and potentially disastrous experience one that was pleasant and dare I say enjoyable. The pictures came out crisp and beautiful.
