(Note: unless they're licensed, your warranty will be void. We didn't know better). The unit was just over 5 yrs old ... yikes. Fast forward to us scrambling to find a responsive plumbing service/contractor because the leak was constantly flowing. After several dead ends over a span of a few days, I found All About Plumbing. Ray and his team were very easy to work with. Responsive. Very reasonably priced. Ray recommended a great replacement and was able to come out on short notice (less than 24hrs). The only downside is that this business doesn't accept Credit Cards (they only accept check/cash/zelle) but I can't completely fault them for that. They're just a little more old fashioned with their operations. All in all, very happy with the service. I'd definitely reach out for any future needs.

That level of integrity, along with their technical skill and clear communication, is rare to find these days. Thank you, Jerry and Cesar, for such an excellent experience.

I called LP on the morning of 26th and Jim reviewed my issue, and said he could have somebody there by noon. Well, other plumbing issues came up for other people that were more pressing than mine. Jim called and said they are still coming, just delayed. I think Jim called me 2-3 times to keep me posted on their timeline during the day. If I didn't get the call, I would have been upset waiting around with no clue when they are coming. Customer service! That is what makes for a good company. They showed very good customer service. They finally came, swapped out the old heater, and even straightened and cleaned up after themselves. The communication, the service performed and their reasonable rates make this a great company to use for your plumbing needs. I definitely recommend them. Thanks, Rick

I obtained an estimate from Gary after sending some photos of my job, and the final invoice was right in line with that initial estimate. I was able to get the work scheduled in a couple days, and the communication was great. I got text message alerts of arrival time window, and who would be coming. Once the Andrew and Gustavo arrived at my house on the day of the job, they were friendly and went right to work. They wore shoe covers when coming into my house, and they were very knowledgeable and communicated what they needed (like turning on the faucets in my bathrooms when the main water line was shut off). I had bought the utility sink that I wanted to replace my old one with so Andrew and Gustavo figured out the new piping that needed to be put in, and went the extra mile to make sure that the install of the sink was perfect by stabilizing the sink so it wouldn't be so shaky. The entire job took a little under three hours, and I was very pleased with the craftsmanship. All the work was explained to me. They truly live up to their namesake, Plumbing Pros!
