Many items in the house that likely sold did not show up on the receipt books. The books themselves were vague and messy, with few items clearly recorded. We paid for a clean out after the sale and lots of stuff was left. The main problem was bad communication. And we have yet to see a dime of our supposed profit. Sent Texts and phone messages, SILENCE. I cannot recommend this business. He probably should have retired years ago.

BUYERS BEWARE: The owner, Bill, flat out lied about pre-selling furniture prior to an estate sale…read more I went to the first day of a sale today and was one of the first handful of folks in the door. Asked him where the bedroom furniture was and he directed me down a hallway. I was one of the first two people in the room and 4 pieces of furniture were already marked sold. I walked to the front and pointed out that they were sold to which he said yes. I responded that it was obviously prior to the sale and he said "that I don't know about". I replied that it was unfortunate and walked out. I refuse to buy from someone who is dishonest. I'm fine with items being sold prior to the sale but companies must be transparent and mark them sold on their website prior to a sale opening. Otherwise, it's false advertising and frustrating for potential buyers.
