Not sure if they came to the right house, I have cameras covering every square inch of my house and…read morethey claimed they came out , when I questioned them about it they said they parked in the neighbors driveway and described a work vehicle that was supposedly in my neighbors driveway. I honestly question the whole thing and they either went to some completely wrong address or never Came out at all and just sent a bid. Like I said cameras cover my entire property and I never saw anyone ever on my property the day they claim and actually can see my neighbors driveway and no one on the day they are claiming showed up at my neighbors either! As far as what kind of job they do once hired I can't say. I'm only being truthful here as the owner was upset about my 1 star review, I NEVER SAW ANYONE ON CAMERA, I don't believe there were at the correct address. So I'll change my review to 3 stars to please them. UPDATE this guy continued to message me with negative comments about my review because I originally raided him with one star because he had said that he came to my house but he was never showing on any of my cameras that cover my entire property,so after he message me stating 1 star could hurt his business. I thought air it and changed my review to 3 stars and he continued to be unprofessional and rude I ha replies when all I ever said in my reviews were the FACTS and I said nothing negative but now with his unprofessional negativeness towards me after giving him 3 stars which he didn't deserve I'm again changing my rating to 1 start and would have to caution anyone considering this business as he can't be trusted truthful or honest..

I have a metal roof and gutters with gutter guards. They company that used to do an excellent job on my roof (I'll call them "JB") is a janitorial firm that appears to no longer do roofs. I called AA based on reviews and explained that my roof was quite dirty with pollen and was clear with them it was metal. They said they would come and blow the roof off and see what else could be done. They did NOT come right out and say they could not clean up pollen. They quoted me a price lower than the previous company had been charging, so I scheduled the work about three weeks out. The tech came out late in the afternoon, spent a LOT of time looking around and talking to the office and then told me that they could only blow debris off. To do a wash would take two people a full day and cost around $2,000. Sorry, that's NOT going to happen! I said go ahead and blow the roof off, there was plenty of Douglas fir cones and other debris that needed to come off anyway. The work was fine for what it was, though there's still a mess of pollen up there. I would have preferred that they just say "we don't clean metal roofs because you won't be happy with the results."
