I love this ballpark! There is not a bad seat in the house. Prices for food and beverages were quite reasonable, as with the tickets. The game was exciting and well played.

One of many reasons we drove from the Chicagoland, to see the I-Cubs Play. Really nice field with great ambiance in and around the stadium. We sat upstairs in the second level which offers great views of the entire park. Fun place for a game with really affordable ticket prices. Play ball!

A nice night out of baseball. You will enjoy it more if you have kids as everything here really caters to families. Lots of fun little games and food that the little ones will really enjoy. The souvenirs too, we went on Star Wars night and they had light sabers for five bucks which proved a big hit. All seats here are good seats view wise but not leg room wise. If you need to get up often I recommend an aisle seat as getting in and out is a pain. There are bathrooms everywhere and food stops are Uber convenient too. No railing going up and down stairs so if you have accessibility issues beware and get handicapped accessible seating. I had an easy time getting down the stairs but going up them was challenging with no support rail. Food was cold and terrible but it could have been just what we picked. Avoid the pizza and Italian sausage at the very least. The burgers looked good as did the sweet treats so maybe try them. The game itself was a clunker but we still managed to have a little fun, even as an old couple without little ones.

I use to come to watch the Hens at least twice a summer but has been 5 years since I have been able to get here. Prices for tickets are still reasonable and so is the parking. Once in the park, not a bad seat. I like to sit under the overhang of the upper seats. Out of the sun, close to the bathroom, and the food choices. Pizza, burgers, ice cream, etc.... Prices also not high. The Hens do win some but since I drive from Michigan, I just enjoy seeing a good game. When times are normal, their are vendors that walk in aisles with drinks and snacks so if you have a good bladder, you don't have to leave your seat the whole game. Have fun give away games between innings, usually involving kids so you can bring the kids. A nice way to an afternoon or evening.

What a great day (or night) out. It's cheap, it's fun. It's family-friendly. It's group-friendly. It's first-date friendly. Tickets cost next-to-nothing and they have a lot os special events. They have been known to sell out, so if you're planning to go, def get tickets ahead of time. Typically, I have taken groups and their group sales is VERY EASY to work with. Their gift store is terrific, and don't go home without getting a picture of Muddy or Muddona (mascots). When we go, we typically round out the day with a visit to Tony Packo;s (the original location) for delicious Hungarian food - and to check out some pretty good buns.

I drove from north of Detroit, Michigan to take my husband to a Mudhens game. 1. tickets - cheap - and no service fee if bought online. With easy pick up at Will Call! 2. Ball park is nice and clean. Seats are comfy for ball park seats. We sat behind home plate and had excellent views. 3. No waiting for the ladies room. I repeat, no waiting for the ladies room. 4. All employees we encountered were very nice, even if we were just walking by. 5. Great bar staff on the club level. 6. $10 parking in a garage across the street. 7. Fireworks post game. I'm sure there are more good things about this ball park. Maybe I'll find them the next time we come to a game, because we will be back! Cheaper tickets and cheaper tickets than Detroit Tigers for sure!!

What a great place to see a game! There is not a bad seat in the house. And lots of great concessions, too.

What a nice little stadium in a charming town! With wonderful baseball to boot!…read more The Toledo Mud Hens, at the time of my visit here, were the AAA affiliate of the Detroit Tigers. I'd seen the visiting team -- the Saint Paul Saints -- but it was back in their Northern League Days when Mike Veeck owned the team. Either way, this was outstanding baseball in a wonderful environment. As I've mentioned in other ballpark reviews, I'm a former broadcaster who has seen hundreds of baseball games at all levels across the country. Though I've been to plenty of MLB games (dating back to the days of Arlington Stadium, Veterans Stadium, Shea Stadium and the former Yankees Stadium), I'm still partial to minor league baseball. Sure, I enjoyed seeing the likes of Juan Gonzalez smashing balls into the parking lot and Curt Schilling striking out 16 Yankees (that was in 1997, and I loved it with all my heart), but seeing players who are trying to make it to the show -- or trying to make it back, such as so many players on the Mud Hens -- brings me greater joy. Seeing a game in Toledo was a bucket list thing for me, if only because of Jamie Farr's character on MASH. With such a nice little stadium and wonderful baseball to boot, I wish I'd come sooner. A couple of caveats though. First, I've paid less for parking at a Coldplay concert. Further, at least those lots took cards. (These guys only take cash, but I'm sure the parking lot owners report their earnings to the IRS -- NOT!) Secondly, the hot dogs at this park are saltier than the Black Sea. Thank God I took a double dose of Amlodipine! But seriously, I'd come back here in a second.

Beware - Greasy Tactics and Counterfeit Items at an "Authentic" Collectibles Show…read more I attended a Card Show hosted by Pro Sports Zone, which markets itself as an authentic collectibles store. To my shock, counterfeit Labubu figures were being sold right on the store owner's table. When I informed the owner, he brushed it off, saying, "It's not my problem -- the jewelry guy is selling them." The reality? He was selling them for that vendor, on his own table, while the vendor failed to disclose they were fakes. When confronted about selling counterfeits at an event advertised for authentic items, he claimed it wasn't his responsibility to verify authenticity -- an incredibly greasy and unprofessional stance for a so-called collectibles expert. On a separate review page the owner tried to skirt responsibility by saying he was only a vendor, but didn't include that he was the proprietor of the vendor show and allowed the counterfeits to be put on his own table. This disregard for integrity is unacceptable. I have reported Pro Sports Zone to the FTC, the Attorney General, and Popmart's copyright infringement department. If you value authenticity, ethics, and respect for the collecting community, avoid Pro Sports Zone and any events it hosts. Supporting counterfeit sales -- and then dodging responsibility -- is the lowest form of business.
