They have a big problem washing their hands. Apparently the owner thinks hand sanitizer is the same as washing hands because he keeps a couple big bottles for them to use. They might wash their hands if he removes the hand sanitizer but I would count on it read more

This location has great food and the best service. I have always been greeted with kindness whether in person or on the phone when I make a to go order. Their prices are very fair and they are very accommodating. I am dieting and the owner Paul offered to replace the rice I can't eat with vegetables. My meal today was so yummy. I ordered take out here one night during the week. Took them a little while to get it done. Honored a coupon I got off their website which is nice. The chicken was dry but rice and veggies were good. It is unfortunate I am writing this review. On 07/21/2021 around 4:30 p m we went to the Tokyo Express. We had never eaten there so my husband went in and got menu. A lot of items that we liked were on the menu. I called to place an order to the young lady that answered the phone. While discussing the order I asked what their health grade was. She did not know and passed the phone to her supervisor. I asked her about the health grade. She told me to look it up on line if I wanted to know or come in and see for myself. I wanted to order from the car since I need to two knee replacements and it is hard to walk. I went in to place my order since she hung up on me. I was getting ready to place my order and asked again about the health grade. She wanted to know why I was asking. I told her I had years of experience and always checked the health grade. She told me to leave. I then asked to see the manager and she informed that she was the SUPERVISOR and pointed to her tee shirt. She told me if I didn't leave she was going to call the police. She as in a rage. She told she was counting to three to make sure I left or again she going to call the police. There health grade was a 92. She told me not to ever return or she was going to call the police. Terrible behavior for a supervisor over a grade. I never got a chance to place an order or say anything she was still screaming at me when I got to the door. I would not tell my friends or family to eat there. read more

My husband and I go here a lot! We always get 2 Hibachi Steak plates. I can't speak on the dine in experience because we always get it to go.... but the food is always so so good. I used to get the chicken and steak but found that the cuts of chicken that they use is fatty a lot so we just eat the steak now. It is always so so good.
