Ate here with family of six. Service was incredibly slow. Two items had to be reheated. Had to ask three times for the check.

Very slow service. Food is just average. They did not clarify that the bread was not complimentary.

I went to have two different meals at this location. The coffee is good. I had breakfast which includes juice, coffee and eggs prepared different ways. They have eggs with broccoli served with a slice of cheese inside a nopal. The beans were a bit salty and lukewarm. The waiter took a while to bring my bill and I got up to ask for it. I also had dinner another day. I ordered a delicious veggie burger that comes with fries or salad. They have a drink of the day served in a carafe. If you don't finish it, they'll put it in a plastic cup for you. I believe I had a pineapple green juice. I like this location because there are great views of Reforma Ave. if you sit in the terrace. This is a cafeteria Mexican style food, there are many branches around the city, the place is nice and you can expect consistency in the cooking. The service is usually very good and most of the restaurants are cozy, nicely decorated, modern and comfortable. The food is good if you have no idea where to eat and are not expecting anything fancy this would be a good place to try Mexican food. We thought this was basically like a Mexican version of Denny's when we ate here and then we were told by locals that this is like the Mexican version of Denny's--so there you go. TBH, I prefer Denny's. Not a bad spot if you need something late. read more

Absolutely horrible. Don't even have to explain just to say the quality of food is embarrassing and the service is pretty bad. Would not come here ever again or recommend it unless you're dying and it's the only place on earth. Even then looking for food in the garbage might be better and more fresh. read more

Big servings enough for sharing and very tasty Mexican food, is how I describe everything I tried here. The menu has some healthy organic fresh drinks and some entrees that have a Western twist as well. From the outside, Toks restaurant looks quite fancy but when you get in, its a normal midscale restaurant with clean facilities, bright, cheery ambiance and polite, neatly dressed servers. Thought we would try this place out since our hotel was walking distance. Food was delicious, never had Milanesa in a taco and I loved it. Green salsa waste tasty and not too hot for me. The waitress was super nice. We ate for under $25 American dollars. Will have to return again read more
