Everything is very high tech and I think that is very important in this day and age. He also offers a new adjunctive screening for oral cancer. Dr. Yerondopoulos was my dentist since he began his practice in Piedmont. I knew he practiced in another office in Pleasanton but practicing in two locations never effected his availability in scheduling appointments or being available during an emergency. Then a terrible thing happened. For personal reasons, Dr. Yerondopoulos needed to leave the Piedmont location and work only out of his Pleasanton office. Driving to Pleasanton seemed out of the question for dental appointments so I tried to find a replacement in the area but none compared or even came close. Dr. Yerondopoulos is a truly gifted dentist and even more than that, he is an incredible person. He is caring, a great listener, and is full of compassion and understanding. His entire staff share the same values from the front desk to the hygienist who cleans my teeth. They are perfectionists and have the skills and know how to completely satisfy any patient, no matter what. So now I put in my favorite CD, take the scenic route to the Pleasanton office, and smile proudly with a big smile that he so expertly cares for. read more

Dr. Todd ia AMAZING!!!! My kids LOVE going to the dentist because of Dr. Todd. We got introduced to him because he provides free custom mouth guards to youth athletes. Once my kids met Dr. Todd and found out that he was the Warriors and Raiders team dentist they wanted to changed dentists. Lol. His staff is great, always helpful and when my younger son had an accident at school and hit his front teeth Dr. Todd saw him immediately. I would highly recommend Dr. Todd to kids and adults. I have to start by saying that the reason I recently switched to Dr. Y's office was that I was tired of being treated as another number of the seeming "mass production" environment/culture of the other office I was going to. I am a very busy single mom and switching doctors like any other service I am used to and settled into (for myself and my kids)was hard but there is a limit for everything and I have my limits too. Unfortunately a lot of doctor's offices especially it seems like dentists offices have become purely a business and a big one at that. The office I was at was like a revolving door for dentists in the past six years, every other year my boys and I were seen by another dentist. I actually NEVER met the primary (owner) who owns multiple offices in my area! I came to Dr. Y after a very close friend of mine with a background in the medical field as well as being a perfectionist had been raving about his quality of work, attention to detail and expertise as well as the highly skilled and attentive staff. So I went for my first appointment a couple of months ago! Even with all I had heard from my friend, D, I was AMAZINGLY impressed. It started with the front desk staff. Claire is extremely detailed and patient and professional. Dr. Y welcomed me personally, talked to me about my issues for 15-20 minutes to start with, the x-rays were done and after that he must have spent an hour going over every x-ray (pretty high-tech 3D imaging), and explaining the different routes we could take for some issues I had (later at the end of my visit I got a detailed,prioritized list with the different options and exact prices)! After I met with Dr. Y and he went over all the x-rays, Dana did one of the best and most detailed cleanings I have ever had. She, like all the rest of his team, is extremely nice, knowledgeable and detailed. She explained exactly what she was doing every step of the way and had great pointers and instructions. It goes without saying that I am not a Super Star or a celebrity, but in this office, clearly everyone is welcomed, treated and cared for as one (as I believe it should be in every other practice but we all know better)! I live in Piedmont and it was not a short drive to get to Dr. Y's office, but I will make that drive and spend the time because I know, without a doubt, I am getting the highest quality dental care possible in our area, from the office/admin staff to the hygienists and the doctor himself. I couldn't be happier for making the switch and I have actually recommended him to a couple of my friends since then. read more

I just got done with getting a crown and two fillings. Dr. Todd is the best dentist who has ever worked on me. No pain, whatsoever! He and his staff are so gentle and friendly. The office is so clean and professional. What I appreciate the most, however, is that Dr. Todd takes the time to do it right the first time. I've been to too many dentists who think they are doing me a favor by getting the job done as fast as they can, but then what happens is I feel what they are doing (yes, it hurts!) and then their fillings don't last very long. There was one filling that started to fall apart only a few months after the other guy had placed it! So thank you, Dr Todd for taking such great care and precision with my mouth. read more

Our family started seeing Dr. Todd in Sunnyvale and I continued when his office moved to Pleasanton. Ever have a dentist, hygienist, office manager, and other associates who are all kind AND encouraging AND don't scold you even when you know you really, really should be scolded? Or who take your puny tolerance for pain seriously? I didn't know there was such a thing as numbing gel for teeth cleanings until Heather used it; what a difference that makes. My visit to the dental office of Dr Todd Yerondopoulos was truly the most positive and professional experience I have ever had at a dental office. Upon walking in the door I was greeted with a friendly smile by my first name by Claire at the front desk. Claire introduced herself and invited me to sit and asked if there was anything she could get me while I waited. The front office is very warm and inviting. The hygienist, Dana escorted me to the back office, which was also very warm and inviting, as well as clean and sterile! Dana explained everything she was doing and had an extremely gentle touch. After my cleaning I met with Dr Todd and his chair side assistant Megan. Both first introduced themselves as Claire and Dana had done. Once again, the process of the exam was explained every step of the way. This office uses the latest dental technology. I have never had such a thorough dental exam! Best of all, I was given an "A" on my dental health and invited to return for my next cleaning in 6 months! I was so impressed with Dr. Todd and his staff (Claire, Janelle) that I don't mind going to THIS dentist! The office is super clean and state-of-the-art. I had two crowns in one day (yes, two) which means a whole bunch of shots and drilling and it was really easy almost painless. Even the shots weren't bad. I, like most people am not a huge fan of going to the Dentist. Laying in an uncomfortable chair and receiving painful pokes on my teeth and gums are ways to keep me from wanting to come back. This office is exactly the opposite. The chairs are comfortable, (including the luxury of being able to watch tv), the shot i got before he did my filling was totally pain free (and I HATE getting shots), the staff is always courteous, nice, and professional. He is not my regular dentist that I see but I had some pain around my mouth and my regular dentist was not in the office so I just walked into his office without an appointment since his office is close to my house.
