Due to medical reasons (I went to many doctors and specialists), they did not think HRT was for me. Dr Ritch put me on a low dose anti anxiety medicine and an estradiol insert. Both have been life changing. She is super knowledgeable on menopause...which is nearly impossible to find. On top of that, she is personable and takes her time with her patients. I was recommended to her by a friend and I couldn't be any more thankful. Her office is in a great location and easy to find. Her staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Dupuy explains everything and is a great listener. Her office gets things done quick and efficiently and with little or no hassle at all to the patients. It is like any other doctor's office in the sense that when you're a new patient there's a lot of paper work to fill out and there is a wait time, but I've probably never waited more than 30 minutes or so. Also, they have an online portal where you can access your patient information and make appointments. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Dupuy and put all my trust in her.

He was very attentive and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions I had. He was also very informative and able to relay information to my Husband to endure he too understood anything he needed to. I was a little worried during labor because he ended up having to tell the nurse that if I wasn't able to delivery in the next hour I would have to be taken in for a C-section. So I was ferried since I did not want to be cut after delivering my first two girls vaginally. Needless to say those Nurses got me motivated and loving and Dr. Duerkes delivered my 3rd Baby (first Boy). I later had to call him during postpartum recovery since I had a headache that wouldn't go away even after taking Tylenol. He told me to go to the ER and I was admitted right away because of high blood pressure. Turned out it was postpartum preeclampsia, which was very scary. However, Dr. Duerkes was there to make sure all was well and had me on magnesium for 24 hours with monitoring for another 24 hours. He let me and my Husband know that he had actually been apart of a study or postpartum preeclampsia, so I was happy to be in good hands. I had one last check up with him to make sure my pressure was no longer high and then was back to my current OB for my 6 week check up as discussed. I wish Dr. Duerkes the best!
