I feel absolutely blessed to have taken a chance and filled out the form online that they had. I live in Las Vegas and have been searching for a place to help me with my severe teeth issues. I need full dental implants but just am never going to have the 45k I've been quoted everywhere else. Even to try and finance that is impossible with me being single and chronically ill. I just was losing hope. Like badly. I saw Dr. Greene's ad on social media and took a leap of faith even though I thought it may be a scam because how could medical even cover this, I knew it was my last hope and I had to jump in faith. She was so patient and kind going over the process with me letting me know I'd have to travel in for a consult but that it would be free. I made the appointment. Still skeptical I went. I had a minor procedure with 4 teeth pulled. The next day the office texted to check in on me and even remembered the event I had and asked how it went. Super caring and attentive. I'm in the processing stage still so I'm not sure if I'm approved by medical insurance fully yet but I can say Dr. Greene and staff are working diligently with the medical team to get me approved. Edit to add update- I was approved! I went to Dr. Greene on 4-22-26 to get my extractions and temporary teeth with implants. 10/10 what a freaking experience. The staff is all top tier. Not a rude or grumpy lady in sight, all smiles and help from all staff members. All women on the staff too! How cool is that?! Every interaction I've had with this office and the people including the doctor has been top tier. This coming from someone who sees doctors as a full time job it seems being chronically ill; this is a rare experience. That in of itself makes this office one of the best. But I cannot forget the star of the show who makes everything possible with her knowledge and skill, Dr. Greene! She's amazing. She got 6x6 implants installed in my mouth. My recovery seemed almost too easy compared to the stories I've read during my research but I hardly had any bruising or swelling. I felt she was kind and gentle with me. The office checked in on me during my stay while I was healing, and even accommodated me easily when I needed a minor adjustment to my bite making me a same day appointment. My temporary teeth feel great so far and my healing process has been smooth. I go back hopefully for my permanent teeth in four months if all goes well on my end with healing. Dr. Greene has a passion for what she does, you can tell as it seeps through in everything she has built and the way she goes above and beyond fighting for her patients with insurance. I'm forever grateful I found her and her team. I was suffering daily with illness and so far, only one headache in two weeks and this is just the beginning to my body recalibrating from the infections I had before seeing Dr Greene and getting treatment. The smile has been amazing. I haven't stopped smiling and showing off my teeth since the day she installed them! I just can't scream her name and how great she is from the roof tops enough. Take a chance on you and go see Dr. Greene and her amazing staff. I promise it will be worth it. How lucky I am to have found these wonderful humans. Having had the first 8 implants done by someone different ( in Grapevine) I didn't realize how easy and painless implants could be with the last 4 done by Dr. Branberg. The IV sedation isn't necessary for me, since the sleeping pill just helped me relax enough to not mind the sound of the drill. The staff in the office are all professional, diligent, and compassionate. It's amazing to think that today is the first day after the procedure and I am experiencing no pain, swelling, or drainage. Even though Dr. Branberg is not " in network" with my Metlife PPO dental insurance, the procedure was done for less than oral surgeons "in network" were wanting to charge. And the best part about Dr. Branberg's dental implant service is that he does both the implant AND the crown. This is just so much better than having to deal with the surgery and then the restorative care with multiple practitioners. I highly recommend Dr. Branberg at the Dental Implant Center in Colleyville, Texas.
