I received a coupon in the mail for a new patient visit that included x-rays, cleaning and a consultation for $59, which prompted me to go ahead and give them a try. The service was great from beginning to ending. The hygienist was very friendly, gentle and thorough. We chatted throughout my appointment like we've know each other for years. I think her name is Kassandra. My experience with her was so great that I made an appointment for my son on the way out. They also give you a goodie bag which includes a toothbrush, floss, toothpaste and small bottle of Listerine. She also schedule my 6 month cleaning before leaving her suite.....great visit all the way around.

I had a root canal yesterday, Mar 10, 2021 and not only has it corrected my problem, I've had no pain at all!!! I was given a script for Ibuprofen after the procedure. I filled it thinking I would have discomfort and, though my pain tolerance is fairly high, I would take it. I have not had to take anything for the pain at all. I feel great and slept like the dead last night. I can't thank Dr Fitzhugh and his staff enough. They were very kind and I was even "serenaded" by the good Dr during the procedure. But a mouth guard couldn't fix it because it's more of a central nervous apnea, meaning my brain forgets to tell my lungs to breathe. In my adult years I got braces and later crowns to make my teeth more presettable. At age 45 I got throat cancer. The treatment required radiation and again my teeth took a beating. After having several other dentists work on my bite and general appearance I found doctor Le. Over several weeks she crowned all of my lower teeth. I already LOVE the appearance but more importantly I can chew my food properly. We will start on my upper teeth next month. Due to a slight delay picking up my daughter from daycare, I informed (via response text) that I might be about 15 minutes late. Normally, this should not be an issue since every visit has us wait a lot longer than that past the scheduled time. I made sure to make it to the clinic as soon as I could, and was at the reception at 4:08. There was no one at the front desk, and I waited around 9-10 minutes before the person showed up. She told me that they had responded to my text telling me that I will to reschedule. I wasn't going to check my text while driving. She then told me, "we ask to reschedule if you are more than 10 minutes late". I told her, I wasn't, its just that there was no one at the front desk and had to wait a while (she was away during that time). She looked around and told me: "I can reschedule you to tomorrow morning", as if parents have all the free time in the world. Normally, if they didn't make us wait 15+ minutes in the lobby after check-in, this would be at least reasonable. And her attitude came across as unwelcoming and disrespectful. I told her, if it can't be done today, I will simply cancel, and I walked out. I will be taking my daughter to another, better rated, dentist, and I am done with iKids.
