Brought in a few winter comforters in to get clean and was told it would take a few days. After 2 days we were able to come pick them up. They did a great job and customer service was great. These came out so nice and clean like brand new again. Plus it wasn't that expensive to get dry cleaned. I'll definitely be coming back for any dry cleaning I may need. read more

Do not go here! The people that work inside are lazy careless people who obviously have no care or concern about the customer. I feel sorry for an owner who has no idea how poorly his business is being represented. Took my wedding dress here to get cleaned after my wedding. Damaged my wedding dress! It's taken 3 months! And they made me pay almost $100! No care for the customer. Dropped it off a week after my wedding at the end of October. Didn't here back for almost 3 weeks! When I called they said they had my number wrong in the system. THE AREA CODE. For a local number. Here in Fayetteville. (279) is what they kept putting. The rest of my number was right. Now my dresses stains have had time... and some more time to set in. Then they discover I am too pay a surprise deposit. So now, not only has it been 3 weeks I have to come BACK in and pay them for it sitting there. I should have taken it home or somewhere else then. But I thought these were good people. Simple mistake, maybe they can redeem themselves and get it clean. They finally get it in. The manager communicates with me that it is a special material but they have processes that have shown success. Calls me back within a week or so saying they will try a second cleaning with my permission. This is December 8th. I don't hear back again after that. I called January 4th or so...to maybe check on what's going on? It has been sitting there. AGAIN. For probably weeks. They couldn't get all the stains out. I wonder why. Probably because it sat there for 3 weeks setting in. And now it has been over a month since I paid the deposit on NOVEMBER 27th. No communication it was done in the end. And they make me PAY THEM an additional $32. I have paid now almost $100 for some very ridiculous customer service. This is my wedding dress! It now has holes in my illusion top, stains set in at the bottom, and gathering in the tulle that wasn't there before. This service was shotty and disappointing. And the least they could have done was comp the rest of the payment!!! I wasn't even asking for the full amount back! Just wow. So surprised they came back with how they did in this whole situation. Not a big fan of this establishment. The first time I brought in my item to be cleaned, it came back with spots that it didn't have before. Luckily I saw it before leaving the store. The girl was very nice and apologized and said they would spot clean it. I came back and it was still there. The owners took a look at it and said it was blood? Not my blood... this was a new item so that didn't make any sense. Anyways, nothing was every resolved and the stains are still there.... won't be using Today Cleaners ever again read more

I don't usual write bad reviews but I have never been so angry and dissatisfied with such a service like this. I have sent a good amount of clothes to this dry cleaners. I recently sent my husband's Calvin Klein jacket to be dry cleaned. They returned it clean and SHRUNK his jacket. We went back to them and the owner REFUSED to refund the service. Even after telling him we've been a long-time customer with them. We understand mistakes happen you know. After almost a month of arguing back and forth, the so-called owner went as far as calling the "Calvin Klein company" to get rough measurements on the jacket and prove he didn't do it basically calling us LIARS. Never going back to them again. The owner is so utterly RUDE!!! This is a WARNING to anyone considering sending off their items here. HORRIBLE customer service!! I love this place and don't understand the negative reviews at all. I really like the convenience of the drive through. It reminds me of the old parcel pickup drive through they used to have at the Harps across the street. The staff is always friendly and I've never had to wait for long for service. They do a good job on my clothes. This is a fresh, modern concept/facility and a terrific addition to the neighborhood. read more

When it comes to suits, sports coats and such attire, this is not the best place. I have had trouble with them in the past, and today was the last straw. I had one suit which came back with the lining in one of the sleeves pulled loose. The sports coat I took in came back with a button torn off (the threads were hanging about 4 inches), plus one of the pocket flaps had been left inside the pocket when it was pressed. They apparently do not know how to treat lapels on coats. They are never the same after they have gotten hold of them. They do pretty well on shirts and slacks, but beware of what you will get if they do much else. I'm deciding if I will ever darken their door again! I have used them for several years, but it seems they are going downhill fast! Unhappy customer, YES! read more

I got my garments back and they had rust stains on them. It was a new garment in perfect condition when it was brought in. When I picked it up they never made me aware of the stain as they had in the past on other garments. They redid it three times and it didnt work. When i approached the boss for the final time, he informed me that the stain were indeed there when i dropped it off and they were just invisible. Once they cleaned it with chemicals, then the stain appeared. Really? I hadn't heard that the millions of times before I had dry cleaning. He just didn't want to own up to his mistake. He told me he would refund me the cleaning fee but nothing more. When I told him I would never return and be sure to tell everyone I know not to use them, he threatened me with a lawyer...classy. Anyway, If you want to go to a reputable dry cleaner that will correct their mistake and believes in customer service. Skip Today Cleaners. Go some place else! read more
