When a lady came in and said she had reserved a spot and was also called back, I went to the desk to see what our holdup was. I was told we had been marked as a no-show because my husband had been called and we didn't acknowledge it, which was a blatant lie. Only then was I asked for our co-pay and received a text that he was checked in. It's obvious we were never checked in, and after being told it was our fault, we probably won't be back. I understand no system is perfect, but to be lied to and made to be at fault is inexcusable. Anyone who believes that two people sitting right next to the door where they come out and call names, didn't hear their name called, plus no one was called back that didn't get a response, will believe anything.​

They gently pushed me to a bit more each time, while keeping an eye on my comfort and pain level. Within a few sessions, I was able to move my shoulder around better and wasn't waking up in pain anymore. By the time I "graduated" I was pain free and had a list of exercises to help maintain good health. Now almost a year later, I still have no pain in my shoulder. I credit the Choice therapists with that! I have to say that their Receptionist is also very sweet and was very accommodating to my timing for appointments. All-in-all, I couldn't have been in better hands than Choice Therapy!

Hannah was my personal therapist and it became apparent early on that she knew her stuff. My therapy was 12 weeks in duration and Hannah was careful to move me along slowly being a 70 year old male in relatively good shape. At the end of twelve weeks I had complete motion in my shoulder and she provided home exercises during and post therapy. My shoulder Doc was very impressed with my progress and after my second post op visit said he did not need to see me anymore. You could not ask for a friendlier staff. I had over thirty therapy appointments and was notified the day before each one and rarely had to wait to get started. I asked for management when I received a half hour session when I was scheduled for an hour, they just chuckled and looked at me as if to say they could care less what I wanted. I called before getting dressed and was told about thirty minute wait today but I was in and out with prescriptions called in to pharmacy ready to be picked up in less than 45 minutes. I saw Dr. Purner who can be hit or miss with bedside manner, but he was pleasant today. After his diagnosis he sent nurse back in for my shot and I was out. Also I go here when I need to because my primary care doctor is in Madison and I don't need to make appointments I have never had a bad experience and there is always the option to see your regular doctor if you are not improving or go back to them. The receptionist are always very sweet and so are the nurses, I know they are seeing the same symptoms all day long but you wouldn't know it from how they treat you individually.

She was knowledgable and reasonable. She referred me to another doctor and offered to "refund" my money since there wasn't anything she can do at the place. She made sure I had an appointment with the other doctor on that day, which I thought was extremely rare and highly appreciated. This urgent care is definitely on my go-to place if/when I can't see my family doctor.

I absolutely did leave it there bc I realized I didn't have it right after I left there office the day I wasted 4 hours of my life peeing for them. I went and peed through another company and passed the next day, but I had to use a photo of my license at the other establishment. So OHG DID still have my license and now this will cost me upwards of 2000 Dollars being unable to cash this insurance check that was set to expire tomorrow. The therapist even goes to the school and performs the therapy during a real life classroom situation. Our sons therapist is amazing. As far as scheduling, office cancelled numerous appointments during our 11 month visit here. We received one testing evaluation and consult in that time frame. If you need any information regarding what testing is being done in regards to your children, they will not provide that information to ensure appropriate and needed testing is completed. As this can "skew results, and parents historically google". No online billing, calling the office for questions is deferred to email, and non current office policies regarding tele care. I do not recommend this office.
