One works normally; the other charges but will not heat the cartridge. I returned five days later with my receipt and asked for an exchange, not a refund. The store manager refused and said all sales are final and that I would need to contact the manufacturer. I understand restrictions on returns, but refusing to exchange a defective product sold by the store is not reasonable. Very disappointing experience, especially over a $20 battery.

We knew *nothing* when we walked in and now we pretty much got it all under control. It turns out there's a bit of a learning curve to vaping, but luckily the owner doesn't make you feel like an imbecile for asking every little question. He's a very patient man, thank god, cuz I ask a lot of questions. We each got a nice starter kit for about $30. There's a good stock of juices and decent product selection. And since we've starting vaping we've had maybe one pack of smokes between the 2-of us in over a month. I've checked around and GV's prices are very competitive.

Worst customer service EVER! Also giving a customer a display vape that the employee just put their hands all over the mouth piece and never offered to clean it seems pretty unsanitary. Who knows how many people touched that! I had to take a display because the employee spent a whole 60 seconds looking for one in a box because he wanted to sit back down! Laziness at its finest right there! I won't be going back to this place, I don't recommended if you value your time and money!

Don't let the lack of reviews fool you, this place is awesome because it provides two of the most…read moredelightful things in this world: coffee and cigars. I had visited the shop some years ago but had forgotten how delightful it is. In the front of the store they have a section with tables and chairs where men can "solve the problems of the world." Then there is a lounge in the back with comfortable sofas and chairs for those, like me, who enjoy a good book and silence. Then further back is a members only lounge. What I most liked about this place is that there is no obnoxious music or television. This plus the dim lighting provides and ambiance that is conducive for thought and reflection. It was Sunday afternoon when I visited so it most likely will not be so restful during lunch hour during the week. The man who took care of me (I forgot his name) is quite interesting. He prepared my coffee, expresso with hot milk. I was pleasantly surprised and how delicious it was. As I disappeared in the back room with a good book, he left me alone but periodically appeared to see if I needed anything. Turns out he is not a paid employee but "works for cigars." He is retired and enjoys doing what I was doing, read and smoke a cigar. Don't judge this "book" by the cover. From the outside it doesn't look like much but the inside is very tastefully done. They also have pipe tobacco.
