The store is small, but they do have a wide range of cigars for how small they are. The pipe selection isn't too bad, lots of "briar bin" pipes on the wall. Unfortunately as I've developed in my hobby, I can tell that most of these are pretty low quality, and don't warrant the 50-60% markup on them. They do have a separate glass case for Peterson and Savinelli pipes that they have for sale, and the mark ups on those aren't too bad, I noticed a couple of Meerschaum pipes, but nothing the experienced pipe enthusiast would consider dropping money on. Their pipe tobacco selection is "ok" at best. lots of low quality sutliff aromatics, although they do stock the tasty ones. There were a couple of tins of Ashton and one or two Peterson tins, but that was it. If you're traveling and need something quick, I would say this is a worthy stop, but if pipe smoking is your hobby, and you have a developed palette, then look elsewhere. Pipe accessories available, you'll find a emergency picker, ashtray, stem cleaners, etc... here no problem. The cigar cases were sad. Glass cases, and I really couldn't tell if the cases were humidified either. Again, an emergency stop for a decent smoke, but I would look elsewhere if I lived in the area. It's in a mall, so there is no smoke lounge available. The employees were polite and helpful the first time, and they were the second time too. But they do seem to move on from your questions pretty quickly. The lottery counter wasn't open when I went in the first and second time, but those would be an absolutely nuisance if they did come on. Good place.

I would give 5 stars, because this is a great place, Staff is knowledgeable and I have had great experiences there. Sunnyside however, changed the format on the store. Since many people with physical disabilities go there, standing in a line of is difficult. There is no seating while you stand in line, and there is no option of remaining seated in either the lobby or the dispensary room until you turn has come. As someone who uses a cane and can't stand for more than a few minutes, this is causing me to not go there. Today I had to stand for 15 minutes and by the time I left I was having a difficult time walking back to my car. So either put chairs in the line, or give a number so people with disabilities can remain seated until it's our turn.
