The Tobacco Leaf has been a staple smoke shop in the Woodcrest Community for as long as I can remember. I have personally been a customer for 17 years. Mr. Lim and his team of Smoke Shop Ladies have been accommodating great service towards any fellow tobacco connoisseurs. The glass selection is great and affordable for anyone interested in an alternative smoking experience. Although I used to be a sole menthol smoker, I enjoy partaking in non-menthols every so often. My favorite things to have purchased here are the paintings and posters that I have decorated many rooms with. They have stuck true to an integrity that facilitates their products in adherence to being a legitimate California business. read more

The older gentleman, possibly the manager or owner, consistently exhibits unprofessional behavior along side with being rude . He makes inappropriate comments about customers once they leave and sometimes overcharges those who are unaware of fair prices. Many products, such as lighters and vapes, appear to be knock-offs sold at authentic prices. I recently purchased a torch lighter that broke just an hour after buying it. The young ladies working there have always been sweet and helpful, and they are the only positive aspect of this establishment. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place. read more

My wife just bought a bubbler from there. When we got home, the bubbler was cracked on the neck. When I went back over to his shop to show him, he told me too bad. It's not my fault not my problem. And we do nothing to help out to rectify the problem. do not go here. Tobacco leaf are a bunch of crooks. Not to mention when we went to purchase it I caught him trying to overcharge me. read more

I've frequented this store for CBD herb for the past several months. In fact it's the only place I bought it from until this point. Today I opened up my purchase to find it was covered in mold. I tried explaining this to the store owner and after proceeding to pick through it he insisted there was no mold. He was rather rude about it and refused to exchange the product or do anything other than deny that it was mold. You tell me what this white fuzzy stuff is. Buyer beware!!! This place is just another shady smoke shop. Purchased a torch lighter yesterday from here and opened the package when I got home and it didn't work. Took it back to exchange and the clerk, Stacy, said that I would have to talk to her boss about this. Asked to speak to her boss and apparently he's in meetings all day. Poor customer service and low-quality products. The only thing within reason was the price, but of course, that makes perfect sense. read more

I went into the store 3 days after Valentines day to return/exchange a lighter my wife bought. I pushed the button twice to light it and it broke. The female employee who identified herself as the manager but refused to give her name told me too bad but it was my problem and there are no refunds or exchanges. I explained it was defective and asked her name, she refused, telling me she didn't have to tell me anything. she started yelling at me and told me to get out saying F*** you to me. She said i needed to leave immediately because I was creating a disturbance, I was talking calmly and in a normal tone of voice. I invited her to call the police and she became even angrier. after several more requests for her name in which she becoming increasingly hostile, I left. terrible way to run a business, and the way she spoke to me over a $19.95 lighter was unbelievable. buyer beware, this place is the worst I think I've ever shopped at in my entire life. read more

The service here is absolutely wonderful. The owner has been here for almost 20 years and I'm so glad that he has been. He remembers his regulars and he treats them like family. Any of the girls that he ever has working for him already have your order on the counter and ready to get run up before you even halfway through the door if you choose this smoke shop. Their selection actually chooses quality over quantity, and in this day and age that's actually ideal if you stop and think about it. You get more value for what you're spending and not to harp on it but again you feel better about yourself and your purchased by the time you leave read more

I've been coming here for over 10 years to do my lotto twice a week, and I love it. The girls the owner hires are always cheerful and wonderful to talk to. It's a shame about the language barrier with the owner, but he trains the girls to be really knowledgeable about what they have at the store, so you can always ask them. read more
