The inside was really pretty and cozy, and for a Sunday afternoon it had the perfect amount of people -- lively but not too crowded. We were greeted with warm, homemade bread and it was AMAZING -- honestly so fresh and delicious. My mom ordered the chicken piccata and thought it was okay, but my sister got the cheese pizza and wow, it looked so good and was beautifully served. She said it tasted just as good as it looked! I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and it was absolutely delicious -- full of flavor and super satisfying. Yesterday, I came in and was being taken care of by Tonya. As always, Tonya was amazing--smiling, professional, and going the extra mile. She is the face of this Pizza Hut. Watching her handle families, interact with kids who literally call her "the pizza lady," and prioritize the customer is why we keep coming back. Our town desperately needs good service, and Tonya is the definition of it. The one-star rating is for the new girl who aggressively and rudely hijacked Tonya's table mid-order. It was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Tonya was clearly upset by this blatant rudeness, yet she maintained her composure and continued to serve me flawlessly. To make matters worse, this new girl couldn't even remember a simple drink order, and then had the nerve to run to the manager when Tonya was rightfully upset by her behavior. Management needs to wake up and fix this immediately. Customers should always be number one, and Tonya is the only one ensuring that happens. If you let a toxic, incompetent new hire bully and push out a loyal, dedicated, and beloved server like Tonya, you will lose a massive base of regular customers.
