Additionally, Toasted charges $1 for any changes/alterations, including substituting tofu for meat AND eggs; this results in a diner paying MORE for less food which doesn't make sense. They also charge extra for plant based milk, which even Starbucks has stopped doing. The service: not great. First another table's food was delivered to us resulting in confusion. Our party ordered two veggie sandwiches, one with no mayo and dressing for the greens on the side, the other WITH mayo AND dressing. I think if you choose another side item it's $13 and it's considered the large. I've heard the workers there say their spuds and lo mein are popular items--personally, I think they are bland and have no taste at all.
