Being as it happened with a store full of people however, I decided the best course of action would be to call customer service to let them know the issue, so now she can explain to the district manager why she was having such a bad day that she decided to take it out on one of her customers. Funny thing, after the fact I actually had other people that I work with that go to the same store almost daily tell me that she's hateful to everyone - not just me, so apparently this is the norm. She definitely ruined this store for me. If I were you, I'd shop at the other Speedway right down the street unless you like drama and having others smear their shitty day on you to make them feel better about themselves. Nobody likes a bully. I will take a moment though to also review Speedway's customer service if you have a complaint or a question. They were AWESOME. Because of this incident, they added quite a few points to my account and apologized for the ladies behavior.
