After he filled his cup that was overflowing (probably why it's a mess) he went to the registers where he ignored a line. I went to a lady who had checked out four customers and all of a sudden they opened another register and she left... with me at the register. After they checked out two more customers I asked "should I go to another register?" Another guy came and said he'd check me out and she said, "we decided to change registers."
