I walked in on a Monday morning to find the two owners finishing up with personal clients. The space has a ton of equipment, neatly organized. Every size weight you could want, rowing machines, and even a small sauna in the back. Both owners were extremely welcoming and explained the set up of the class. I learned that I was there for leg day, and that there was just one other person joining this class. That one other person was a tall man who was extremely in shape. I am in a shape (but that shape is round), so I became concerned about what type of class could possibly accommodate both of our very different fitness levels. I'm not going to lie, I saw God in this class -- as in there were many moments where I felt like I might die, that I could not possibly row another row or squat another squat. I could barely breathe and perform these movements at the same time, yet the instructor and the other class participant were able to chat as if these reps were no big deal at all. The instructor was good about checking in with me on my form and switching out weights when they were too heavy. The class ended in a push alternating between a 500 meter row on the rowing machines and some weighted movements. I could not walk for three days after this class. If you're looking to get your a$$ whipped back into shape, this place will do it. The classes are a bit out of my personal price range to be able to come back on a regular basis at this time ($65 per class - $60 per class if you buy a 10 pack), but if I come into some money I'd come back.

I admit some days were harder than others but I felt stronger each day I did the exercise. By the last week I felt a lot more confident in my execution. Every morning she sent an affirmation and checked on everyone in the challenge to see how we felt and how we were doing. I love a good accountability group chat especially since COVID forced so many of us to stop going to the physical gym and have to work out at home I would absolutely recommend Crystal because she genuinely cares about her clients and she wants to see you become your best self. My friend and I booked an appointment online for the 11:30am mat class with Karyn and loved it! Apparently, this time slot is super new, so the class felt more like a semi private, really giving us the space and time to focus on form. Also, Karyn and Autumn (front desk) were so sweet and supportive! The studio is only a year or so old, so everything is modern and clean, and when booking you have an option of mat, reformer, or sound bath. Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely be back!
