I wrote to let them know and despite that, they marked me as a no show. After ignoring my follow ups, I asked for a package refund many weeks later and was told no. This is a business I supported year round and I gave the owner no problem when she cancelled on me 2/3 times during the winter.

She is supremely talented and uncannily knowledgeable in virtually all modalities. Alison's classes feel as if they are custom tailored to your mood that day and every moment. Each class she seems to intuitively know what you want and need. Her slick new studio is a (semi) hidden gem just past and behind the renowned Stephen's Talkhouse. I had taken pilates before but no instructor has ever given me nearly the time to correct every single movement I make. In pilates, the smallest movements are the most important and Annie is an expert and observing and correcting. She's also hilarious and very encouraging so her classes are fun. She typically teaches private and semi-private and has reasonable rates for such personalized attention. Thank you, Pilannie!

Linda (the owner) is an amazing instructor and took the time to explain how to use the equipment and did a great job of integrating experience class participants with new ones. I was able to borrow a mat and a mat towel for free since it was my first time (which I didn't realize was a thing but was much needed since I sweat so much during this class. The classroom was packed but not so much that you couldn't do the movements. The class started out slowly as we moved through a few positions lying down, then worked our way up to standing. There were definitely more advanced people in this class but I would say this is still a beginner friendly workout. The instructor offered modifications throughout and encouraged everyone to go at their own pace. I walked out of class feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the day. Definitely recommend stopping in if you're in the area and are looking for a class!

Leslie is a gifted teacher who pushes me yet also enables me to practice yoga safely and build my strength, flexibility and balance. My first ever yoga class was at this studio. 2 years later I am continuing to learn and challenge what I thought was possible for me. I highly recommend this yoga studio. All of the teachers here are good, Leslie is exceptional and her classes are the standard to what "all" others are measured.
