I've tried a bunch of different studios & really love Doza. The environment is super welcoming & everyone is very friendly. They offer a variety of hot classes. My personal favorite is the mat pilates. All of the instructors are educated, accommodating & motivating.

The class started about 8 minutes late, but the time wasn't made up at the end. It disrupted the flow at the beginning. It would also help to have markers on the floor to guide mat placement -- that way, latecomers wouldn't need to shuffle mats around and disturb the calm. A small adjustment like that would make the experience smoother for everyone. The workout itself was suitable for beginners, though it may not feel very challenging for more experienced participants. It's a false sense of workout. Bc I'm sweating not from exercise but bc the room is hot. Overall, i don't know if I'll try again. But I guess if you're local , it's something to do on a Sunday. The space is clean, and the staff and attendees are friendly, which adds to a welcoming atmosphere. read more

I tried a hot yoga class here through ClassPass while I was in town and really enjoyed my experience at Doza Yoga. The studio is calm and welcoming and also smells fresh and clean. I was able to borrow a mat and a mat towel for free since it was my first time (which I didn't realize was a thing but was much needed since I sweat so much during this class. The classroom was packed but not so much that you couldn't do the movements. The class started out slowly as we moved through a few positions lying down, then worked our way up to standing. There were definitely more advanced people in this class but I would say this is still a beginner friendly workout. The instructor offered modifications throughout and encouraged everyone to go at their own pace. I walked out of class feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the day. Definitely recommend stopping in if you're in the area and are looking for a class! read more

Enjoyed a hot yoga class on a Saturday morning. Instructor was kind, knowledgeable and provided modifications. Staff was friendly. Studio was clean. Nice bathrooms. Took away 1 star because there were close to 40 ppl packed in one room. Could barely move. Everyone was sitting in puddles of sweat. Too many people in one room. read more

Doza is the absolute best for anyone looking for a great workout while on vacation! I am in town for 2 months and have gonna to about 10 classes so far at Doza and have loved them all. The teachers are all super welcoming and help you feel very comfortable in the space. I bought the unlimited package the first day I moved here to make sure I stayed on top of working out and I am so happy I did! read more

After having Nikayla as a teacher at another yoga studio I just had to check out her new spot! I was absolutely in awe. The space is warm and welcoming, especially since hot yoga for some can be intimidating. Attended a Sunday morning class and the vibes were perfection. Class itself did not disappoint either! This is the first beach I've gone to which was actually really clean and people are really nice . The parking fee is only 15$ which is not bad at all then you can park anywhere and just go onto the beach . The sand is perfect its so soft and some shells but its easy to walk on . Its great for anyone family , couples , groups etc . The west Hamptons beach is a must to go to .

We discussed the importance of keeping our beaches clean and how they find, autopsy, and care for sea creatures, specifically sea turtles! We were given shirts for participating since it was national parks day, and complimentary bagels and coffee were handed out beforehand. It was a beautiful day and the walk and clean up was about 2 hours. A little under 2 miles. Not to brag but I found the most garbage with 5lbs in my pail, not pictured (but I swear it's true!) It's a beautiful place and I look forward to coming back either for more cleanups or to enjoy the view.

Pretty preserve but they need to trim the grass more on paths. Signs for ticks yet not trimming grass enough. Benches to sit but you cannot access the bench because of two foot grass. Huge pot holes on road to preserve, very neglected it's been like this for years. Spend the money and fix these things.
