The man was exceedingly rude, and worse, he messed up my antique…read morepiano. middle C now makes an extremely high pitched ringing sound that several other people have confirmed is there, and when I tried to politely ask him about it, he accused me of tinnitus (not how tinnitus works), said thats how all pianos sound (i've played other pianos and no it isn't), then told me I was "full of it" and disrespecting him, and refused to even try to look at the instrument again. He even accused me of lying and completely making up the easily-verifiable scientific fact that people under 25 can hear certain tones that people over 25 can't, because he's a piano tuner which i guess means no one is allowed to know anything about sound except for him. Do not hire this man, he absolutely will NOT try and fix any mistakes he makes and will yell at YOU for even suggesting it.

After being given Wanke's contact information by my designer, I placed a call to order product through them. The rep refused to speak with me as "I am general public" and scolded me for calling a wholesale distributor. He then hung up on me, offering no suggestions around where I could turn to buy product from them.

Luciano stated that he could cosmetically fix the issue allowing my family to use the rest of the settlement money on the kids. I absolutely loved that. But, we had been wanting to remodel the kitchen anyway and now was a great time to do it since it would be a fraction of the cost due to previous contractor errors. I won't mention who they were unless asked. Luciano gave a fair bid on the job, provided vendors we could work with based on our taste, and even knocked some pricing down due to initial availability of the countertop material we wanted. He communicated extremely well throughout the project. He made suggestions and rolled with curveballs we threw his way. Luciano was able to be the plumber, electrician, and remodeler for the whole project!
