No customer service via email or phone, w/ a 15% chance of getting a response, and zero chance of getting all your questions answered. I ordered 11 rods within a year and sent 7 BACK AFTER WAITING 251 DAYS FOR DELIVERY ON SOME. No quality control, w/ blank defects that I would pass on at a garage sale price. They mounted a bent stripping guide on a fly rod to push it out the door after I was finally told 'guides are on order'. When I asked to return defective rods they accused me of trying to "scam" them by returning defective/damaged rods that I had purchased at 35%-65% so I could use 'Golden Tickets' that I had paid $200ea for (essentially more than the 65% off original price). Lots of "projection" from the EDGE CEO after years of shady dealing and outright lying. Pls read their website EULA and they tell you why no credits are issued for any reason for 60 days. (Credit Card charge backs). Still waiting on 2 fly rod tubes and socks that the CEO emailed "should be landing any day". That was June 2025. Fall of 2025 an employee finally returned a call and said 'we haven' t seen a fly rod tube here since 2022'.

I was panicking thinking I'd have to go way out of my way and be even later to the lake than I was to begin with. But my boyfriend saved the day because he said just stop at Fisherman's. I said "what's Fisherman's." Lol. He told me where it was and immediately I knew WHERE it was but I had never, EVER seen it. Thankfully it was SO easy to find the tanks (albeit I bought butane vs propane...and had to go back to exchange it) and I was in and out. As I said I bought the WRONG tanks. **Firearm Counter Review**…read more These guys are absolutely horrendous. There's two young ladies that work the counter that I never had issues picking up online firearm orders from. I had such a terrible experience with the last firearm purchase that I finally said "to hell with it just give me a refund". At this point I would rather spend the money at Cabela's/Bass Pro. The manager back there, Jeff, treats you like an absolute burden. Instead of applying customer service and working to help you, he's dismissive, arrogant and ridiculously rude. Worst customer service I have had in a VERY long time, probably ever. I bought 4 other firearms here in the last 90 days to add to my collection, and THIS WAS THE LAST TIME I DID ANY BUSINESS HERE! If you have to go here, deal with the young ladies who work the counter. Not only do they have fishing gear, but they've got an endless amount of camping equipment, outdoor shoes, firearms, archery gear, kayaks, Carhartt clothing, pellet grills, and much more. If I lived closer to Bass Pro Shop or Cabela's, I'd go there, but I feel they have the same quality type of products here at Sportsmans Warehouse. And the prices are slightly lower price in my opinion. I can go to Big5, but their big sale items usually are considered cheap (some items, not all). I don't mind the text or email ads regarding what's on sale because I'll usually find a really good deal from time to time. Depending on the season. That's just another plus in my book! The refund wasn't in cash, but in store credit, which I can at least use in the store. It's much better than the one on 82nd Street, where the staff immediately said it didn't meet the refund policy, as if they hadn't been trained at all. They didn't understand anything, not even the difference between air guns and real ammunition guns, and just said I couldn't return it! Their quality needs to be improved!
