They have no regards for my yard. They tore up my sitting area where I had an outdoor carpet, ran their lawnmowers over it. The yard waste was blown all into my garden. They have broken my sprinkler heads numerous times they blew all the cut grass all over my front door, my screen, my porch and in my garden, thank God, I was out there this Wednesday when they came to make sure it didn't happen again and I did video what they were doing. He was about ready to run over my outdoor carpeting and wreck it again and tear it up because I have a steak down I told him to go around the sidewalk and go on the other gate They do a really crappy job of mowing too They don't even empty their bags of cut grass read more

Jason and his team have always done a great job, big or small for me and my properties. Over the years, we've had them do lawn service as well as winterization. We had the crew out this week to trim back our perennials for the winter, including large Russian sages and a butterfly bush that's turned into a tree. Trimmed everything back, cleaned up a lot of leaves left over and left the yard looking great. Highly recommend their service. Professional, courteous and easy to deal with. read more

Worked to get a quote, had someone come out to my house to look over the work to be done and get a quote then schedule work but the guy couldn't even be bothered to return a call, text, or email for over a month to when get a price. Not sure why anyone would do business with these guys with the abysmal communication they have with customers. Maybe their work is amazing, but looking at these reviews I doubt it. Do yourself a favor and stay away. When spending $5-10k or more and they can't when be bothered to return a call, it's time to look elsewhere. read more

The team at TNT is great! They are reliable, quick and professional! Our yard has never looked better, so happy to work with them!

One of their drivers almost killed me on McCarran yesterday. He was in a left turn only lane, stopped, waiting to turn at Greensburg Circle. As I was passing him, he decided that wasn't his turn and he just wheeled back into the fast lane. I cut the wheel, narrowly missing a car next to me in the slow lane and just managed to get around him without plowing into him at 55 mph. He then proceeded up to Plumas St. and made a left there. Idiot move that almost caused a multiple car accident. read more

Called these guys to do some yard cleanup...I came home to a yard that looked exactly like it did when I left, only to be told that the work was done. I was charged several hundred dollars but had to dispose of yard waste and re-mow my own lawn. Awful. Do not use. read more

One word - Inconsistent! I've had them out to my yards 2x a year for many years and I never know what I'm going to get or what will be left undone. Every time I have to go back and forth with Jason about the quality; I'm not asking for much - just consistency. Fall and Spring clean up that is the same and complete each time. I also just got a bill for almost $1000.00 stating 10 hours of work and 12 at another property. I was there while the guys did the work - first off they come over and sit on my back furniture for about 30-40 minutes - then they start the work and are here for 1.5 hours. Not sure how that equates to 12 hours of man time? Give me a break - not sure if the other reviews are for someone else - but these guys are ridiculous - not using them anymore. read more

Great company, fair price, nice employees, quick response. We love the work they do on our yard!

They are polite, respectful, and on top of it! They do quality work! Couldn't be happier!

The actual work was okay but not outstanding. Original bid was for 3 hours but his 2 workers were there for 80 minutes. Jason insisted there was no flexibility regarding the bid vs the actual work. Very poor business practice. We won't ever use them again or recommend them. read more

My hubby and I removed our lawn a few years back to add more character with the border. We then got distracted with planting a garden. It was finally time to put our yard back together and it looks beautiful. Thank you so much! I would not have wanted to try that on my own. Beautiful work and detailed with clean up all around read more

TNT Yard Service - the front yard of a house - Snow Removal Near Me

TNT is hands down the best we have in Reno. They truly care about their customers, and the community. I started using them when I needed a retaining wall that was falling over, fixed. I was completely impressed by the workmanship, the speed, and the value. So, I started having TNT maintain my yards when my schedule was too hectic, and my yards were so nice. The best in my culda-sac. TNT has always been available when I have a question and need a professionals opinion. I had a gate issues, where, the post broke out of the cement. I was going to cut out the cement and start over, and TNT came by and explained the correct way to do it. They had it done in no time flat, and it is better than it ever was. Last month, big winds bend my fence, that connects my yard, and my neighbors yard. I asked TNT if they could take a look at it, and then fix it up. I asked my neighbor if he minded if they came into his yard to fix it from that side. Unbelievably, I came home from work, and my fence was in perfect order. Super strong posts. I don't have to worry about the high wind I get on that side of the house now. There are always things that need to be fixed as a homeowner that sometimes I cannot do myself, or lack the time. TNT is, and always will be the company I call. I mentioned earlier about community. I have been to several events that benefit the community and the people in it, that the owners of TNT put on. read more

This is not a review of the company's work, but their responsiveness. I called approximately three weeks ago to try and obtain a quote. I followed the prompt and left a voicemail for someone to call me back. It was about a week later that I received a phone call from someone. He was very pleasant and I gave him my address and described what I was looking for. He said that he or someone would be by to look things over and then they would be in touch with a quote. Now, its been about two weeks since that call and I still have not heard anything back. I'm not sure if he forgot, or if maybe the work I need done isn't what they specialize in. Either way I'm disappointed. They had such great reviews and I was looking forward to having my property maintained as it was the first step in a larger improvement project. read more

I called TNT to do some sprinkler work and was very pleased with not only the response time, but the quality of work. Jason was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend the services of TNT to anyone looking for yard services! read more

Jason and his guys at TNT are great. They always have great solutions to my questions, super helpful when I have concerns, and been there for me when I am in a pinch. They have also been a great referral to other people I know. Overall, Jason has been a pleasure to work for the past couple years! read more

Jason and his staff are professional - they do what they say and charge a very fair price - I would highly recommend them.

The only landscaper that returns your calls and does the work on time when they tell you. I would highly recommend this company

My lawn has never looked so good I just adore the owner and his employees are fabulous! They are prompt, fast and very professional! Thank you TNT for all you do for me! read more

Jason, the owner, came out and looked over my yard the same day I called him. A bid for the work was also given to me the same day. As a customer, I really appreciate that. I needed junipers trimmed, and there were a lot of them. My main concern were the junipers around the house, since painters were getting ready to paint. I also had him give me a bid on another area of less concern. When the bid came in, it was higher than I thought, but that is because the other area covered with junipers was a big area and demanded a lot more work. Jason was very understanding and rebid the project and gave me a new quote for just the junipers around the house. Jason's skill as a business person to understand the client's budget and work with them is commendable. When his crew arrived, they did a great job, they communicated with me throughout the trimming process so I would be pleased. They worked hard and fast, did a great cleanup job and hauled away all the cuttings. I was very happy; if I find myself with a few extra bucks, I'll give TNT a call back and have them do the other junipers. read more

This company cares. They are very responsive to phone calls and getting your needs addressed right away. Chris, an irrigation tech, has gone above and beyond to come and help me time my sprinkler and answer all my grass seeding questions thoroughly. I'm so thankful to have finally found someone who knows what they are doing and are so time efficient. I have had issues in the past with irrigation companies and TNT is hands down the best. Very impressed! read more

These people NEVER showed up for the appointment that they scheduled with me. They did try to give me a bid through a phone text and yet they had NEVER seen my yard. And you most CERTAINLY did make an appointment with me! read more

Left a message to talk about my yard cleanup but never received the courtesy of a call back. Will go with another company.

Thanks to TNT my yard got totally spiffed up last fall. They removed some ugly vegetation hauled everything away. Great guys!

So impressed with these guys! They were recommended by my landscaper (who doesn't do existing yard cleanup). Jason, the owner, came out, gave us a reasonable estimate to remove dead trees, dead junipers and huge mugo pines..after the bid was agreed upon, he even threw in a little extra cleanup! His guys are polite, hard workers! I will use them again and highly recommend them! read more

This company is top notch. I called and Jason got back to me immediately with an estimate. He explained that they would be doing my lawn on Monday's, but they would make an effort to get the lawn done for the first time, the next day, as it was getting pretty long. I came home and they were just finishing. The lawn and yard looks fantastic. Better than it has in years. I think we now have the best looking yard in the neighborhood. I give a 110% thumbs up to their service and would recommend them to everyone that needs help with their yard. read more

I was having issues with my lawn. It looked terrible and was not growing. I contacted TNT and talked with Jason. He asked me to send him some pictures of my lawn, which I did. He told me I was "starving" my lawn and made some recommendations. I followed his instructions and my lawn is green and beautiful. I am so impressed that he was willing to look as some pictures, give me sound advice yet never charged me a dime. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs help with their yard. read more
