We had confirmed a specific time for their arrival, and I had carpenters standing by so they could close up the wall after the plumbing repair. Unfortunately, the plumbers were running late. I kept getting told they were "on their way," so my carpenters waited around for hours. In the end, they showed up nearly 4 hours late, and my carpenters had already left. Because of that delay, the carpenters had to improvise and return on another day, which affected the quality of the siding repair -- it didn't turn out as clean as it could have if the plumbers had arrived on time and worked with my carpenters. During the hose bib repair, Jimmy suggested that I install a bleeder valves for my outdoor shower line, which I agreed to -- but it was never done. I paid them in full to return and reinstall the vanity and toilet after the tilework was finished. When they completed that job, I discovered the toilet wasn't properly secured to the flange and moved when used. I texted Jimmy, who said he would come back to fix it, but after asking a second time and being ignored, I ended up purchasing a tool and tightening it myself. After spending $800, I was expecting better service. This is a vacation home, so I wasn't there in person and had to rely on their professionalism -- which, unfortunately, was lacking. While I've had worse experiences with contractors in the area, this one certainly didn't make my good list. I would not hire them again.

I expected the installation to be complicated, but Clayton and Chris knew exactly what to do. They did a great job with the installation, and it ended up costing me less than I expected. It is a clean professional installation that looks great. Like many people, I have a water well. The UV water Purifier kills all bacteria, and make our well water super clean and pure. Since it does not use any chemicals, it is simple to use, and is cheap insurance to prevent any health issues. Our well water is good, but I wanted to make sure that we were not going to have any problems. After the installation, I ran some water tests on our water, and our water is great! I strongly recommend Clayton and Chris, and I strongly appreciate their help !!

They subbed for my builder for a new construction. They do not do a professional job. There were…read moremultiple holes in the bathroom subfloor done by trial and error to avoid hitting a truss below. The shower drain is not centered in the pan and a poorly placed water bib interfered with the kitchen counter sink install. When it came time to have my tankless water heater installed I knew I did not want them coming back to do it. Even the master plumber that I hired to do the WH install mentioned that they did some "strange things". I'm going with the master plumber and his team to finish out our house. Perhaps these guys are great for your basic plumbing needs, but I can't recommend them for net new construction.
