Terrible, frustrating experience with this company, from price to lack of responsiveness.read more

These folks installed my HVAC system four years ago. Things went fairly well. I signed up for…read moremaintenance every six months. The cost was $14.95/month. However, every time a technician came out for maintenance there was always a $150 to $300 charge for "something(s) I should have," even though these things were never part of the original installation (How come?). On 1/29/23, the "somethings I should have" amounted to $1386.47. And, after the "technician" left, my HVAC system was dead in the water. The thermostat which was functional was unable to turn on the HVAC system. As it turned out, my technician had disconnected the wire supplying power to the outside fan motor while he was pulling through another wire to install one of the "somethings I should have." I had to call another company to discover the disconnected wire. It was not an easy find and it cost another $211.85 but at least I felt there was some competence on the job. In total the, Certified Climate Control "maintenance" job cost me $1613.26. Of course, I complained to the company, especially about the "somethings I should have." Their response was that I should have questioned (interrogated?) the technician to find out what I really needed in terms of the "somethings I should have." Bottom line: If one of their trucks shows up in your driveway, call the cops!
