I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Arrow Lift. A mistake made by their technician…read moreleft my residential elevator in worse condition than when they arrived. One of the elevator doors has been locked shut, which is completely unacceptable--especially for equipment meant to provide accessibility. What makes this even more frustrating is that it is taking three days for Arrow Lift to return and fix a problem caused by their own error. As of now, the door remains locked, creating an ongoing accessibility issue. Customer service has been virtually nonexistent. Everyone I have spoken with has been condescending, dismissive, and uninterested in taking responsibility or correcting the mistake. The manager, Kelsey, in particular, was rude and condescending and has no business speaking to customers in the manner that she did--especially when Arrow Lift is clearly at fault. If you are in need of a wheelchair lift, residential elevator, or any accessibility equipment, I strongly urge you to choose a different company. Reliability, accountability, and basic customer respect are severely lacking here.

Everything went well! We were in dire straits. My sister is sick with cancer and very weak. So many…read morehospital visits--which means her 60+ brothers have to help her up the stairs. It was traumatic every time. Arrow Lift fixed us right up! From estimate to installation was 2 days. No kidding. I wish we could have afforded a curved one as even two steps for her are terrible. But the cost is only for rich people. It's a shame. Arrow lift was very responsive and professional. Would highly recommend.
