My car was broken into at my apt. HOuse. Tung. H. saw the problem and just informed me that he could help. He didn't pressure me just told me he worked for TNT. I waited for my inurance co. to get back to me. They didn't right away and I asked if he could fix it. On a Saturday he ordered the window, installed it, and vacuum the mess. Tung is a lifesaver. I've used TNT AutoGlass twice now and each time he's prompt, communicative, and on time. His message response rate is quick (even on a Sunday!) and he follows up with each step of the process as soon as possible. He explained cost, showed me the components that made my VW glass more expensive than other car manufacturers, cleaned up the glass inside and outside of my car, and was on time each step of the way. I came home from a long weekend to find my windshield smashed by a watermelon! My insurance company hooked me up with GMS Auto Glass who not only took 2 days to get me an appointment, but they didn't show up in the 2 hour window. When I called GMS office the woman said she had no idea where their technician was... So... TNT AutoGlass to the rescue!.. I searched on yelp, called one place and they were booked for the day but referred me to TNT Auto Glass. I called TNT and immediately felt massive relief from the stress GMS caused me. I was visiting my son in Emeryville this past weekend from So. Calif., arriving Friday night. Saturday morning, when I went down to the car, the driver side front window was smashed and most contents inside the car were taken. I called TNT after Googling for repair shops, and Tony came out to meet me after an hour just like he said. Took him just over an hour to replace the window and cleaned up the broken glasses. The next day, while the window operated normally, I noticed the control buttons for the two side mirrors were not very responsive. I called Tony, and he came out again in less than an hour, made some adjustments, and now they worked fine. He said mostly likely the thief, after smashing the glass, climbed through the window (for fear of opening the door and triggered the alarm) and stepped on the control buttons on the door handle bar and messed up the switches. I can't thank Tony (or is it Tung? since I saw good reviews about Tung. Perhaps I heard the name wrong) enough for being so responsive, twice, and really saved my weekend for having taken care of the problem so quickly. I will recommend him to my family and friends living in the Oakland area who may need auto glass service in the future. read more

Many of the auto glass places that say they are open on Sundays are not, or they don't answer the phone or take 6 hours to get back to you TNT let me know within minutes of my call that they had my window in stock and they could come take care of it this afternoon.
