The sound is amazing, great install work and a huge improvement over the install I had done at another place in town. This spot also installed a back up cam and a dash cam. The staff was great and tried to troubleshoot our issue to no avail and suggested that we order a new unit and see if it will power up before doing any extensive repair. I appreciate suggestions like that. He could have just said the unit is dead, replaced it and charged me more money. I purchased a replacement radio and it didn't work either, so I knew it was something else. I made an appointment for them to correct the problem. They stated their hourly rate and I agreed to the repair. I received a call less than an hour later saying they found the problem and had it fixed. When I went back to the shop to pick the motorhome up, I found out they only charged me for less than their hourly minimum. That's awesome customer service. When I'm ready to have any audio upgrades on any of my vehicles, this will be my go to place.

The suction was off and the hose when upright sounded like a jet engine -- high screech and painful to the ear. Got her back and she's purring like a kitten. Great suction. Looks like they wiped down and cleaned out every nook and cranny. While there is one young-ish guy that could be a little more approachable with regard to customer service their service overall has been tremendous and I'd recommend them to anyone in need.

I'm visiting here from out of state to help my daughter with her four adopted children. I needed a sheet of birch plywood cut in two sizes, just two cuts. I was told no special cut. The sheet of ply was about $45. So, respectively, I thanked the man and drove 45 minutes to the nearest Home Depot in Owasso. I paid $65 for a sandable ply, not what I needed, but they cut it for free. With the other materials I bought, my total was $238.00. Would rather have purchased at Pryor Lumber, 7 miles from the family. But customer service at times costs a premium. Still see Pryor Lumber as an option, but may arrange for material runs differently in the near future.

If you advertise on a marketplace where custom usually dictates the first "I'll take it" gets it unless flagged as first come first serve, it's pretty underhanded to sell it out from someone that wasted his time gas and lunch break to get over for a product that you sold. Would not recommend these people to my enemies if that's their standard model.
