When our furnace wasn't working this morning and we woke up to a COLD house, Dusty from TML was here first thing in the morning, diagnosed the problem, returned with the correct parts, and had the furnace up and running by noon. For years, TML service has been outstanding. They sold us a Lennox furnace and AC unit, gave us an interest-free loan, and serviced us regularly twice a year. But now they claim to do only commercial business and have terminated their residential services. We paid a monthly fee for a service contract that provided check ups twice a year. We were not aware of these changes until the day of our appointed check up, nobody called or showed up. Their phone number on provided another company to call, who failed to remedy the situation, giving only evasive, non-reliable promises of follow up. Eventually, we established that they were now only doing commercial businesses, and that they did not intend to refund any of my monthly payments made from after their last visit. Despite all of theirbprevious superb performance, I consider this current leadership's actions and performance to be highly unprofessional, untrustworthy and unethical, if not out and out illegal. We purchased a hvac system maintenance contract with TML. We paid the monthly payment for years. When we needed service and part replacements, after the work was completed (after many unsuccessful visits), we were advised by TML that the costs were not covered by our contract because it covered only the air purification/humidifier unit that they sold us as an add-on (during a service visit). The service associate who convinced us to go with a contract did not represent it properly, and now TML is threatening a lawsuit. We have recently heard from a neighbor who encountered service problems with TML--their techs did not have proper parts, their interval was outrageous--he feel he was placed at lowest priority because of his service contract and the TML people didn't seem to care about improper parts being ordered. read more

This company is awful. I scheduled to have someone come out twice and both times they never showed up and never gave me a curtsey call. After hearing from TML concerning my negative review last Winter, TML came out to investigate our furnace issue. As it turns out, the old "telephone cable" used to communicate with my heat pump was not replaced 6 years ago when TML installed our new system. The old cable had degraded and was "leaking" signal across the other wires giving erroneous failures. TML did a quick fix by replacing the thermostat and swapped wires in the cable to give us heat until the permanent fix could schedule. TML team came back within a week and replaced the thermostat wiring at no charge. The roaring furnace is now much quieter and keeps the home at selected temperature. Never do business with this company!! I was a customer with TML for a very long time. They have really gone down hill and apparently don't care about customer service anymore at all!!! Recently ordered filters which I paid for and were charged to my credit card. I never received the filters. Tried calling office several times just kept going to call center. Left several messages over about a week and when received no calls, I left message to cancel order and had my credit card company reverse the charges. Sometime later got a box of 11 filters which I was charged for 12 on my front porch that they had been dropped off. tried to call again to tell them to pick up box but again could never get through to office. Then finally got a call saying I had to pay invoice for 12 filters or drive all the way out to Garden City to return them right after I had had surgery. Sean at TML basically did not care once so ever and never apologized for the bad service or for them not ever delivering the filters in the first place. I canceled the maintenance agreement with them and will never do business with them again! read more

In December, 2023 we paid TML $190 for a year's worth of service to include spring and fall checkups of our HVAC. When we called for spring service we were given a July date. That date was changed to 8/7 by TML. They then called to reschedule THAT date at which time my husband requested that the contract be canceled and our money refunded. He was told our credit card would be credited. On 9/4, I realized we had paid by check and called. I was told it would take 10-12 weeks to get refunded by check. On 11/4 my husband called again and was told it was requested 8/7 and that corporate would be contacted. It is now 11/23 and we have yet to hear back. We were good customers since November 2020 but I would never recommend them again. read more

AC went out again, so scheduled a tech, just spoke with the company and 30 min later they called and left a vm stating I didn't answer so they would have to reschedule. I moved into a new home that had an HVAC installed by TML. I smelled ash from the first day we moved in. I called TML to come assess the situation and the repair man spent 15 min in my house and told me nothing was wrong and billed me $86. A few days later I took my cell phone a simply looked behind the HVAC system and found a coal shoot door that has not been sealed when they installed the system. It was creating a backdraft that smelled like ash every time the system turned on. So I borrowed a dry vac and vacuumed the pile of ash on the floor and sealed the door shut. I'm a housewife with no special knowledge and I fixed the problem myself. I called the company to request a refund and voice my concerns that my technician did not do a thorough job. No one ever called me back... I do not recommend this company. This week I installed a $10,000 new system in a rental. I used Western Heating and Cooling and was very happy with the entire process and had the direct number to someone who was very responsive. read more

Called for broken AC and they said we will send someone out tomorrow. They never came or called. Called them the next day the apologized and could not find the appointment but promised to come out the next day. They did come out the next day and almost 800 dollars later fixed the fan however the AC I'd still not completely fixed. It's currently 80 degrees in my home. I called again, fist time disconnected. 2nd time I reached someone and they said they could send someone out again tomorrow but it would be a 99 dollar fee to assess the issue. I told them I already paid almost 800 today and the first 99 dollars I paid didn't result in a fully correct assessment so I don't belive I should pay that again. We will see if they come tomorrow and if so what they say. . . read more

Our Air Conditioner was not cooling our house on a Sunday. Almost 90 degrees out. Spoke with Esmeralda at Call Service who was wonderful. HVAC TECH John Lehman called to schedule. He spent 15 minutes with me on the Phone Trouble-shooting to determine possible problems. I cannot adequately express my appreciation for him taking the time to Listen, Assess and Educate me on AC issue. He arrived 30 minutes later, and determined a Low Voltage problem, and fixed it ( wiring). I've used another local Company for 35 years- I will be using TML from now on. Our Master Bedroom has been hot since we bought it 1.5 years ago. After several trips from HVAC companies my Warranty Mgr for Hayden Homes called these folks to resolve the issue. After a discussion with them we agreed another register in the master would solve the problem and keep the air cool in the room like the rest of the house. They showed up on time and ready to go. They had the proper equipment and added the new vent in an hour. They cleaned up their mess and were very professional. I applaud them and recommend them. Problem is fixed and now the AC is evenly distributed throughout the house. read more

I called for service 06/03/2021. Was told needed a board. Did not have one on hand. Tech came out next day, New board was not the problem. Find out on Monday another new board needs to be ordered. ,OK. It is now 06/15/2021 and now i am waiting on tech to assemble new board. All the while I am the one calling for updates and ETA's on tech arrival for finishing of job. I have delt with one lady in the office and she has been helpful but when i call for an ETA and get told ,"ok i will get back to you with one" and here it is 3 hours later and i have to call again just to get told it wont be today as promised YESTERDAY!!! im frustrated and infuriated with the level of communication i HAVE NOT received. Once this issue is fixed with my A/C since I have already waited this long, any other issues I may experience I WILL NOT be calling T.M.L for their service. Called to make an appointment to get my vents cleaned and the lady on the phone was super rude because I said that we lived in Horseshoe Bend. While the men who came to service the air conditioner were very polite and worked outside for an hour, I never thought to check the actual site! They totally trashed all my plants around the AC--I would have been able to pull them out of the way if I'd realized they were going to grind them into the dirt!!! I had my furnace tune up done and the motor needed a capacitor. TML charged me $112 for the capacitor which if you were to purchase from Amazon is less than 8$ including shipping. There are other places like McCombs where you can get for less than 6$ including shipping. I dont mind paying more but 14X higher sounds like a big rip off. What a horrible experience. I have used TML for years and now wondered what happened. They came to fix my ductless heating system that wasn't working. After saying was fixed left and within 8 hours and $100 was not working again. The tech let's the front door of the apartment open, with the heat on, a woman lives there, entered her bedroom where the door was closed and used the bathroom leaving the toilet seat up and bedroom door open. Sent me an e-mail with a service special I scheduled an appointment and all was well. The day of the appointment they called and said the price was not right and wanted payment up front of and that the price in the e-mail was wrong. Previously they had sold me a service contract that was for 2 times a year heating and air conditioning. We have no air conditioning in the church so the technician who sold me the contract said that it was good for 6 visits so instead of the 3 years it would cover 6. When I tried to mention that to the young lady who called she would not listen to me and was more interested in collection of more up front money then in even coming close to good customer service. We built a new house a few years ago and these guys installed the a/c unit. 2 years later it goes out in middle of summer, of course. So we called these guys out to fix it. The guy was here for 3 hours, said the wiring was messed up, that his company installed in the house when it was built, also they had the wrong size filter installed. Then the guy called another guy out because he needed help trying to figure it out. Once they figured it out they finally got it fixed. The repair guy was professional but didn't seem very knowledgeable about what he was doing or how to fix it. He did know how to try and sell me service plans, and filters. I would NOT recommend these guys, installed it wrong in the first place when the house was built, then when it went out I had to pay to fix it. No thanks, plenty of other companies out there that know what they are doing. read more

Our AC went out yesterday - Sunday, July 23. If the temp wasn't 100 degrees - it was close. Our AC/Heating system was installed in 2013. It has been serviced religiously every six months since installation. The last service was two and a half weeks ago!! This is the first time it has gone out - fuses. We've had issues with our humidifier from the get-go. Last year a technician finally got it to work. Service calls are supposed to last about an hour, but each and every technician is so busy trying to upsell you that it takes closer to two hours. Keep that in mind if you're scheduling your day. Ramon came out yesterday and he did a fantastic job! I went off on him because he recommended an after-market part that may help with the stress during this hot streak. I immediately thought it was yet ANOTHER Sales pitch ... but he did make some sense. Sorry Ramon. Please TML - recognize that we are intelligent human beings. Give us a business card and tell us that there are other products that may have our system running more efficient on your website and LET IT BE!! I have a three year service contract and I'm seriously thinking after it's up - I'm gone!! Don't want the continued sales pitches - just want the service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. My in-laws needed someone to look at their furnace. The furnace was making a squealing sound. The technician pressured them into buying a new furnace and air conditioner. The cost would be $13,000! They got another company to come out to replace a blower motor for $417.
