They washed the floors until they glowed and smelled like Murphy's soap, Delightful. They created order out of piles of chaos. I was in the hospital for almost 2 months, so the dust was piled up. They washed ceiling fans, windows, horizontal miniblinds. The whole house now has open clean surfaces and smells wonderful. When they finally came out to look at the issues it was discovered my attic was filled with mold from the active leaks from their poor roof job. I had several engineers, roofing companies, insulation companies, as well as mold remediation companies state it was caused by the roof. The ridge vent was illegally done, stretched shingles etc and was not done up to code. They stated they would be back to remediate the mold months ago and have never showed back to take care of it. On the contract it stated if a subcontractor was used to install the roof they would be noted on the contract. They subcontracted this roof and did not have it noted on the contract. This is breach of contract... they also did a roof for a friend of mine and subcontracted it out and did not mention it in contract. Another breach of contract.... This roof also has several issues that need to be addressed from poor workmanship. It is a shame it has come to this but I have given you chance after chance to make things right. I have documentation for everything to prove their poor work as well as breach of contract. This should have been claimed in your insurance policy for repairs. Make "On Call" your last call is what their slogan should be. Spend your money with someone that stands behind their work. Not these guys; sorry John, you had your chance. This is not the end. With all that said, he worked with us and the insurance company to make the repairs, and was absolutely fair in pricing the additional work to upgrade our living space. I would absolutely recommend these guys for any projects as they can tackle the big and the small

Along with it, the entire back of…read moreour house melted down to the plywood, all windows melted, back door and storm door melted, deck damaged, fence burnt, half of a nearby shed burnt, light fixtures, gutters, soffits, 2 cars, 3 motorcycles and all garage contents with 40 years of tools and equipment all lost. Eastern Diversified Services swooped in to the rescue to clean up all the mess left from the fire. They fixed all the damage: replaced the fence, ripped out burnt shrubberies, removed a HUGE giant 300+ year old oak tree, repaired and re-sided the shed, replaced all the siding, windows and doors, repaired the deck, and completely rebuilt the garage from the foundation up. They even replaced the gravel in the driveway that was damaged from all the heavy equipment that was needed for this job. Yes, it took 10 1/2 months to complete all of this, but considering the COVID pandemic and supply-chain issues, that is perfectly reasonable. Their crews (so many, I lost track!) were all totally professional, efficient, thorough, incredibly hard-working and skillful! They were even friendly to my yappy dog who wanted to "greet" them every time a crew showed up to work that day. I very much appreciate their courtesy and attention to detail. Their boss, Mark Guinther, was always on top of everything going on and kept us informed all along the way with the status of what was to happen next, permits he was securing for all the work, arranging for 3rd parties when needed and hiring an excellent engineer to do the blueprints for the new garage. Even the office staff was top-notch with communications with our insurance company and mortgage company with all the financial details involved. Thank you so very much, EDS for a job well done!
