The apartment and the staff (Phil and Vallory) are extremely polite and professional. I rented from them for nearly 2 years and had absolutely no issues. It was the best experience ever. When there was an issue with the air conditioner, it was promptly fixed. Phil is more like a neighbor/friend. The only reason I left is because I bought a house. Their rates are also super affordable, especially in this market. Contrary to what some have said, Aaron Properties does NOT discriminate. While I was there, they had people of all different ages, races, etc. I don't think I could have asked for a better experience at my first apartment.

After one month I moved in, I received an electricity bill. $68 for one month in a one bedroom unit. Obviously, there's something wrong. Very likely they count the previous electricity usage in my account. I went to the office to figure this out and explain over and over. After two weeks, they still couldn't get this solved. Their staff Jayden, even said "no one would go back and forth for you" regarding the issue and directly hung up my call! As a management staff, your salary literally paid from our rent and this is your job and responsibility. Esp when you wrongly charged the residents, and you wanted them to pay what they don't owe? How ridiculous! 2. Lost Packages. I dropped off some Amazon packages to return in the leasing office. Total worth over $400. Put a note on them "for UPS pickup". Their staff in the office told me face to face that they'd make sure the packages get picked up. Guess what, they had them lost. I asked them to check out the security camera and they said they found nothing. I went to their manager, not surprisingly, his attitude was very arrogant and said they wouldn't be responsible for that, nothing further. The packages were literally lost in the management office and your staff gave their words to me. How come it's not your responsibility for this? They made me bear with the loss due to their mistake. Unbelievable. 3. Poor quality of construction. If you'd like a quiet place to live, this place is a nightmare. The ceilings are thin like paper. Whenever my neighbors upstairs walking around, it's like elephants stepping. What's worse, they always made noise in early morning and late night during the quiet time. Under this situation, my sleep and mental health had been affected seriously. I reached out to the management many times regarding this, the upstairs hardly made any change. In the end, the noise problem was not solved and the management wouldn't respond to my emails. 4. Unreasonable charge after Move out. When I moved out, the apartment was mostly cleaned. However, they charged me for painting, carpet cleaning and other various fees on my account without any notification. Shouldn't apartments paint and clean the carpet before every tenant moves in? How come I was responsible for those costs? What's worse, their manager Mackenzie put the uninformed balance on my account on debt collection. I didn't know this till I got a call from the collection agency! They lied that they tried "every effort to reach out to me but couldn't". Meanwhile, my email address was right on my profile in their portal. Simply greedy and evil. All these experiences were true without any exaggeration. If you're thinking to move in Coreyll Courts, do yourself a favor - look around for other apartments for a happier life. You really don't want to live in a poorly constructed apartment with such terribly unprofessional management.

They don't give deposit back but try to charge you for stupid stuff in repairs. They're staff are rude and entitled Their rentals are overpriced. The one I rented the windows were painted shut and were rotted wood. the floors were uneven. The pain on the walls had paint streaks. Pathetic company to do business with.

Construction- I found so many rusty nails on my balcony that I couldn't use it any more. Door knobs feel off, fan chains fell off, and the entire apartment felt like it would collaspe at any minute. Management- The worst people ever! They don't respond to your questions or concerns and once you move in they don't feel like you deserve the time of day. I would fax, email, call, and leave Facebook messages with no responses. All in all you can find much nicer houses to rent for far less money. If you're not an underage college student getting drunk by the pool they don't have any interest in working with you. Save your money and frustration and find another place to live.
