I've lived in multiple luxury apartments. Coreyll Courts is the worst EVER. It's ridiculous they…read morecall themselves "luxury". Read below you'll understand why. 1. Terrible attitude. After one month I moved in, I received an electricity bill. $68 for one month in a one bedroom unit. Obviously, there's something wrong. Very likely they count the previous electricity usage in my account. I went to the office to figure this out and explain over and over. After two weeks, they still couldn't get this solved. Their staff Jayden, even said "no one would go back and forth for you" regarding the issue and directly hung up my call! As a management staff, your salary literally paid from our rent and this is your job and responsibility. Esp when you wrongly charged the residents, and you wanted them to pay what they don't owe? How ridiculous! 2. Lost Packages. I dropped off some Amazon packages to return in the leasing office. Total worth over $400. Put a note on them "for UPS pickup". Their staff in the office told me face to face that they'd make sure the packages get picked up. Guess what, they had them lost. I asked them to check out the security camera and they said they found nothing. I went to their manager, not surprisingly, his attitude was very arrogant and said they wouldn't be responsible for that, nothing further. The packages were literally lost in the management office and your staff gave their words to me. How come it's not your responsibility for this? They made me bear with the loss due to their mistake. Unbelievable. 3. Poor quality of construction. If you'd like a quiet place to live, this place is a nightmare. The ceilings are thin like paper. Whenever my neighbors upstairs walking around, it's like elephants stepping. What's worse, they always made noise in early morning and late night during the quiet time. Under this situation, my sleep and mental health had been affected seriously. I reached out to the management many times regarding this, the upstairs hardly made any change. In the end, the noise problem was not solved and the management wouldn't respond to my emails. 4. Unreasonable charge after Move out. When I moved out, the apartment was mostly cleaned. However, they charged me for painting, carpet cleaning and other various fees on my account without any notification. Shouldn't apartments paint and clean the carpet before every tenant moves in? How come I was responsible for those costs? What's worse, their manager Mackenzie put the uninformed balance on my account on debt collection. I didn't know this till I got a call from the collection agency! They lied that they tried "every effort to reach out to me but couldn't". Meanwhile, my email address was right on my profile in their portal. Simply greedy and evil. All these experiences were true without any exaggeration. If you're thinking to move in Coreyll Courts, do yourself a favor - look around for other apartments for a happier life. You really don't want to live in a poorly constructed apartment with such terribly unprofessional management.

I really like the layout - roomy, updated, and quaint. There are some downsides - there has been at least six different managers since we moved in Feb. 2015. I know they are individuals with lives, but out of these six, at least two were fired for theft. Also, Battlefield is EXTREMELY busy and hotrods, motorcycles, and other loud vehicles drive back and forth through here at all hours of the night - street racing, driving as fast as possible, it has cost me many hours of sleep.

A WHOLE MONTH AFTER I GOT A PORTABLE UNIT PUT IN. I've been waiting 3 months for an A/C unit. I haven't had central AC for 3 months. I've been racking up my utility bills for 3 months using portable units to cool the place down. Now hired HVAC people have taken OVER 3 DAYS to replace the unit. They never followed up on progress until I CALLED. Everything is constantly breaking/needs to get fixed or replaced. Place is just old. They don't follow up on anything unless you bug them about it 50 times. They use 3rd party companies for leases and rack up charges and fees like nobody's business. Rent is cheap but NOT worth the place to live in. Car got stolen third night I was living there (no cameras or street lamps to help.) Living in misery trying to get stuff fixed. Electric bill is at $250 to power a one bed one bath. If you have a dog, there's no grass for them to go to the bathroom. The grass that is there, is full of animal waste and trash. Landlords are nice and good people. But Wooten as a company is the worst business I've ever had to deal with. I wish I never moved in here, but I'm stuck until I can find another place. LEASE IS MONTH TO MONTH FOR A REASON. DO NOT LIVE HERE. As someone who has been trapped here for almost 8 months now- it's not worth it. Worse decision of my life.

Since I was signing a lease in October (out of their leasing season which is April-September, I was limited to two lease options: a 9-month lease or an 18-month lease. I thought the 18-month lease made the most sense, but because I was unsure if I would stay for a full 18 months, I asked what the options were if I wanted to terminate the lease early. I was told the only things I would have to do would be: 1. give 30 days notice and 2. pay the buyout fee. Fast forward one year later, my husband and I had bought a house and reached out to the office to put in our 30 days notice. I was told by the front desk that wasn't an option, because they only allow 2 buyouts per month. She let me know they already had 2 buyouts for October, November, December and January, which meant the earliest I could buy out of my lease was February. Since my lease ended in April, it would have cost me more to buy out of the lease in Feb than if I just paid through the rest of the lease. They were not flexible on this at all, regardless of the fact that it was never mentioned to us or listed in the lease. When I asked where it was written in the lease I was told "It's not in there, but that's how we've always done things". This conversation coming from the same person who I spoke to initially when signing the lease and asked about the termination steps. If there is 1% of you that thinks they might need to terminate your lease early, find a different spot.
