The way that they worked on our very old and beat up floors was more than impressive. I can't get over how good our floors look! I would use them again or recommend them wholeheartedly!

Those qualities seem to be rare today, even moreso, when juxtaposed. Jeff worked with me on scope (where he could) and was generous. If there's such a thing as a beautiful roof, we now have one of them. My expectation is that I needn't look any further when quoting work for our property (and JFK does more than just roofs)... I think JFK Roofing might just have stolen my future business from the competition. Thanks, Jeff!

We entered into contract with this company in December of 2018 to install a new roof which included…read morea ridge vent (for ventilation). On the day the new roof was installed we arrived home from work after dark to a dumpster filled with old roofing material and on the top of the pile was quite a few empty beer cans and beer boxes, I knew this was a bad sign so I took photos of this. 3 months later the entire roof leaked because they forgot to put the water and ice barrier down. They also did not install the ridge vent (we questioned this via email and the owners response was he couldn't because of the pitch of the roof which is rediculous, you can put a ridge vent on any roof!) Due to the lack of ventilation it caused black mold in the entire attic. They came to fix it by installing the water/ice barrier material that they forgot to put on in march of 2019 but still did not install a ridge vent which is needed to vent air into the attic. I repeatedly voiced my concerns to the owner about the mold and he emailed me that it wasn't mold, just algae and it would dry up. Its now 14 months later (and we now have become very educated on roof ventilation) after several emails back and fourth to the owner and a final phone call to him which he became extremely belligerent, told me it's not his fault and told me to F off and hung up on me. We now have hired a very expensive mold abatement company and also had to pay a new professional roofing contractor to install a ridge vent which was in my contract with JS&R Roofing. Such a nightmare!!!

Every part of the job that was started got delayed because they ordered incorrect or insufficient materials. There was no communication through out the project. If we didn't chase them down for information they wouldn't provide it. They were unprofessional, disrespectful and clearly amateurs at what they do. Trash and building materials were left inside my home for months. My house was left exposed to the elements for several months (because they started a job not realizing they didn't have the right materials).
