Not only did they do a phenomenal job they're pricing was very fair. We had our whole house done and then I asked them to come back to do our basement I was so pleased with their work. On the last trip out one of the painters realized there was a huge chip in my wood floor that was caused by one of the drywall men from another crew. He was so kind to take his time and effort to fix my floor even though that wasn't part of his job that he was doing at the house. I was so appreciative of how he went above and beyond to help me finish something that another person caused. I continue to recommend them to many neighbors and friends, I can't speak highly enough of them!!!

DO NOT HIRE THEM I…read morehad an insurance claim on my home and hired them to do the work. It included drywall work, paining, installing tile floor, and also finishing my basement. I can tell you that Their painting job is not professional. There's multiple areas where they missed painting or didn't paint at all. The drywall work needed additional sanding and refinishing. The tile floor had to be torn out and redone due to tiles popping out. The drop ceiling in the basement needed redone because it wasn't level and had no supports in it. The work was beyond terrible. Now onto the employees. Mike and Laura are the "owners" who I dealt with. Mike and his guys never showed up when they said they would and left whenever they wanted because they said Mike didn't pay them enough. The employees stole my alcohol, all of it. They stole food and last but not least they stole my tools. I would also catch the workers using my tools to do the job and ask why and they would tell me because they didn't have it. I had to help finish jobs for these guys because they couldn't "get it." They agreed to paint my banister and then tried to get another $500 out of me but I refused and they agreed to paint it for the original amount. They continued to try and change prices on scope of work mid job. I finally had the last of it and fired them when I found an employee had been urinating in a one gallon jug in my basement instead of using the restroom that was up the stairs. Mike made excuses that one of his guys had a drinking problem and he did pay me back for the stolen alcohol but not my tools. Some times no one would even show up to work on a certain day and I would call and mike nor Laura would know what's going on. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I hired Jorge to put in vinyl/PVC porch railings for my front porch and my side porch. The…read morerailings had to match existing side rails on the front porch (these were the rails going down the stairs). The side porch was made of pavers, had no railings and looked trickier. Additionally, I wanted a shelf on/near the railing - this is the porch to go to the patio and BBQ grill. Jorge did fantastic work! It looks terrific. There were many tricky aspects to it and he conquered all difficulties. I felt the price was fair - he was definitely not the cheapest quote I got, but I had followed up with references who raved about him - and I can see why - he did very good work. That said, he could have been a better communicator - I would have liked a written proposal and I wish it had not been me to follow up with him on "are you coming today" - however, he had had an emergency in his family so it may have been just that. I very much recommend Jorge for porch railings. Plus - added bonus - he's a really nice guy!

They also did a great job in repairing some subpar drywall work that was done by the original contractors. We had been contemplating doing the trim work ourselves but Jorge's price quote was extremely fair and competitive, and the work was done very well. I reached out to a few companies, but I knew minutes after meeting Efrain from ER Painting that he was the person to hire. He was on time (I wasn't), he answered all my questions, gave me a quote on the spot and told me exactly when and how long the job would take. The other companies either talked down to me or gave me a quote, but were impossible to get ahold of after. Efrain was always responsive. I'd text a question and I'd get a reply within a few minutes to an hour. Amazing! When it was time for the job to be done, his team finished ahead of schedule. It looked really awesome inside the condo AND they cleaned up everything after. My Mom got all the colors she wanted (another company told me I could only choose a max of 3 colors because they didn't think she needed a different color in each room) and it looked fabulous. Efrain texted me at the end of each day with pictures and an update on progress. I would absolutely recommend ER Painting to anyone and will be using them in the future for jobs on my house. The process of getting an estimate over the phone was new to us (as we typically have to schedule appointments with contractors) but the quote actually came in very close to the in-person estimates we had done with other Naperville painting contractors. The price was very competitive and Andre was very professional and knowledgable over the phone so we booked our painting job the next day. Shortly after booking, Andre arranged for a color design expert from Sherwin Williams (complimentary with the paint job) to help us pick out interior wall colors and we were set to start our painting project the very next week. Improovy's professional paint crews were on-time, friendly, and very responsive to our needs. We are truly happy with their work, their attitude, and the overall professionalism of the painters. Not to mention, they were impressively neat and efficient, finished early, and even took time to label the extra paint left over from the project in case we needed it for the future. It was really great dealing with such nice people and our home looks brand new! Thank you again to George, Juan, and the entire Improovy painting team in Naperville for a perfect house painting experience.
