Cannot day enough good things about this company. They transformed our haunted "Munster" house into a Fixer Upper dream! My husband is super picky and they made sure every detail was spot on for him. Their price was also very reasonable compared to the other places we shopped, and if they can't do the job themselves, they'll help you find a great subcontractor. I look forward to chipping away at our laundry list of projects with them!

During the pandemic, I watched Pacer paint their house from my home office, and not only did they do a great job on the house, they were speedy! My husband and I had been talking about painting our house a darker color for years- we had a terribly chipping maroon skirting around the house that needed to go and a basic beige color that was also chipping in areas. A fresh change was needed! Paul is very nice, super responsive and helpful to those of us who have never painted our house before (color match, paint questions, etc.). We had some cracked siding pieces, as well as crumbling spots on our Hardie Board cement siding- we picked up matching Hardie Board siding boards at Lowe's and Pacer was able to cut and install pieces to the spots that needed it, as well as replace wood trim boards so the finished product just knocks it out of the park! After 1 day of scrapping and 2 days of painting, I came home to a completely brand new house! We went bold (pictures below) from beige to a dark navy- my phone was blowing up with text messages from all of my neighbors of how much they loved how it looked. In 5 days, the crew was finished, and this was no small job! The crew of 3 were super friendly as well- when you paint your house stark white, you start noticing exterior doors that aren't so white, so we asked them to paint them too. No problem! They are super meticulous and by no means sloppy- the edging of the two colors meeting is on point. Highly recommend this crew to anyone!

DO NOT HIRE THEM I…read morehad an insurance claim on my home and hired them to do the work. It included drywall work, paining, installing tile floor, and also finishing my basement. I can tell you that Their painting job is not professional. There's multiple areas where they missed painting or didn't paint at all. The drywall work needed additional sanding and refinishing. The tile floor had to be torn out and redone due to tiles popping out. The drop ceiling in the basement needed redone because it wasn't level and had no supports in it. The work was beyond terrible. Now onto the employees. Mike and Laura are the "owners" who I dealt with. Mike and his guys never showed up when they said they would and left whenever they wanted because they said Mike didn't pay them enough. The employees stole my alcohol, all of it. They stole food and last but not least they stole my tools. I would also catch the workers using my tools to do the job and ask why and they would tell me because they didn't have it. I had to help finish jobs for these guys because they couldn't "get it." They agreed to paint my banister and then tried to get another $500 out of me but I refused and they agreed to paint it for the original amount. They continued to try and change prices on scope of work mid job. I finally had the last of it and fired them when I found an employee had been urinating in a one gallon jug in my basement instead of using the restroom that was up the stairs. Mike made excuses that one of his guys had a drinking problem and he did pay me back for the stolen alcohol but not my tools. Some times no one would even show up to work on a certain day and I would call and mike nor Laura would know what's going on. Don't make the same mistake I did.
