So once back I'm Phoenix I made an online appt for a 4 pm on a Sunday infusion to help ward off what I knew was coming or perhaps lessen the effects of my impending illness. Booking was super easy on-line and a very pleasant female nurse was there on time and set me up and it didn't take as long as some other places because she put a compression thing on the IV bag about half way through. Fine by me, like too 30 minutes and not 45-60 I've had before. I believe I got the "" immunity" IV. Price was competitive, and I really liked how good the nurse was. I think the IV helped lessen what turned to be a really bad cold which kept me from going to Orange Theory for 2 weeks. Ugh! Great company, I'll definitely use their service again.

However, on a recent weekday afternoon, I found myself in the area of this Scottsdale location, so I popped in for a visit. The ladies working there were welcoming and kind. I decided to go with the "Athletic Performance IV" which includes b-complex, glutathione, magnesium, and calcium. My visit was uneventful... I was in and out within maybe 40 minutes but was able to relax during the IV, connect to wifi, do a bit of work, etc... I appreciated the charging cord, comfortable chair and drink to hydrate even more. I so appreciate Hydrate IV Bar for the care and quality they put into the experience every time (at all locations). I am grateful for the opportunity to proactively care for my health and wellness (and sometimes reactively too pending the circumstance) no matter where I am in the valley.

After coming down with a bad illness overnight, I knew I needed an IV but didn't want to drive, sit in a waiting room, potentially be exposed to something else and it's pretty much the same cost as doing so with AZ IV Medics but it's in the comfort of your own home. In our last…read morevisit, my wife requested to have a tech that doesn't wear perfume or have strong smells and to have the IV go slow because all of these would make her symptoms from her condition worse as she is suffering from a rare complex neurological condition. First off the tech arrived and although she was very kind and great, she had a strong smell from her lotion that fill our whole house. We asked her if after putting the IV in, if she could sit in the other room and check in on us because she smelled to strong and it was making my wife sick. Additionally, we asked to make the IV slow in order to not overwhelm her system. She agreed to both and said it was no problem. An hour later, a dispatch operator named Chris (apparently he is one of the owners as well), calls his tech, and then proceeds to yell at my wife and telling her that her request and the speed that we were going were simply "unacceptable". I don't care who you are, you don't yell at your customer (who is already dealing with stress from a medical condition) because your tech agreed to our request. If there was an issue, it should have been explained in a better way. Simply, they don't care about you and your care, they just want to get to the next appointment and collect your money. Will never use them again.
