One of the hors d'oeuvres she was passing out had pesto, and when we asked if it had nuts she went to find out. She sought us out to tell us that not only was the pesto nut free, but that EVERYTHING being served was both tree and peanut free. She was amazing. The food was plentiful and delicious. I got the steak, my husband got the pork chop, and both were absolutely incredible. Our waitress was able to pack up my husband's leftovers and held it in the fridge for us until we were ready to leave. It was a beautiful wedding, beautiful venue, fantastic service, fantastic food. The bartenders were fast and efficient for a wedding of about 100 guests, which was a huge plus. I did hear from a few guests that some drinks weren't immediately available because they needed time to chill -- totally understandable given the timing and setup. One of the highlights was how they worked within my budget while still delivering great customer service with both food and drinks. I also want to shout out an employee who kept mopping the floor throughout the event due to a leaking AC -- that extra effort didn't go unnoticed and was greatly appreciated. That said, there were a few areas that fell short. For a wedding, timing is crucial, and unfortunately, not all tasks listed in the contract were completed -- including timely arrival, full decoration setup, and breaking down all tables and chairs afterward. These small gaps made things a bit stressful during an already time-sensitive event. My family decorated all tables themselves which caused them to be so stressed out instead of enjoying the whole wedding. I believe with more experience handling weddings specifically, the team will be able to execute more smoothly in the future. There's definitely potential here, and I hope this feedback helps them grow and improve!

On Saturday July 19, 2025, my nephew had a backyard party with over 50 people and Travlin Tavern…read morewas there. The bar setup for the next four hours had two pilsners, a lager and an IPA. The beer stayed fresh and cold for the entire four hours in an especially hot and sunny day. Owner Travis and his mother were the bartenders for the evening. They were friendly, professional and answered all my curious questions about their mobile bar. I was amazed of how the beers were kept cold using only ice so no battery, generator or the need to use the host's electricity. The beers were served using plastic see-through shaped 12 ounce draft glasses so you can see your poured beer. They also served a variety of sodas, seltzer and bottled water with ice, clear plastic cups and paper straws. I live in Connecticut so this is my first experience with the Travlin Tavern. I cannot do justice of how amazing they made this backyard party. The guest really had the best time and I think this will be talked about for months to come. My nephew was extremely happy with the outcome and said he will use them again for future events. Any beers that was left in the kegs/logs was poured in growlers for the host. There wasn't much left but that's great to know that what you pay for will be yours so nothing goes to waste. I can only speak as a guest but my nephew and his wife were happy having Travlin Tavern setup in their backyard. If they were in Connecticut, I would use them myself. Anyone living in Long Island will be more than pleased with their service not just for beers but with any type of alcohol. If you are going to have a catered event with alcohol, I would recommend Travlin Tavern.
