Lake Chatuge Animal Hospital makes serious mistakes. We took…read moreour dog there to have a prescription renewed (it was one year old and required a vet exam to renew). This medicine is critical to my dog's health. He has had a stroke and a series of seizures. They mistakenly called in the wrong dosage of the medicine, which cannot be used. The higher dosage that my dog needs has a time release feature. The lower dosage they prescribed does not. The medicine cannot be returned to Walgreens (by law). They refused to take responsibility for their error. I had to pay them $228 for the exam. The medicine cost $286. Now I have to find another vet to do the exam again and correctly renew the prescription. This will likely be an additional $500+ all due to Chatuge's mistake.
