He quoted me for the work, and even after finding that the job would be extremely more difficult than originally estimated, he stood behind his estimate. He performed quality work and completed it in a timely fashion. I will not hesitate to use Rocky Ridge for any of my electrical services in the future.

Kim, Mike, and their entire team were incredibly professional, responsive, and respectful throughout the process. From the very…read morebeginning, William was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, offering excellent suggestions that truly improved the final outcome of the project. What really stood out was his patience and flexibility as we had to coordinate with builders who were delivering our sheds at the same time. Will easily took the challenge and made sure our paddocks were secure. When we threw him a curveball in the middle of the build, he handled it flawlessly. The communication throughout the entire process was top-tier. He made sure we were involved in every detail and never made aesthetic decisions on our behalf--William consulted us on everything, right down to the choice of hardware and the gorgeous handmade gate design. In addition to the fence, he also custom-built our driveway sign post, which turned out beautifully. This review actually took months to formulate because I wanted to include before and after photos. I waited until we could capture the complete journey from when he first built it to when we finally stained it, as raw wood takes that long to mature before you can paint or treat it.The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the customer service was even better. If you want a builder who respects your vision, communicates clearly, and delivers beautiful, high-quality work, look no further than William and his crew!

I am the skeptic of all skeptics, having had several years of bad experiences with other contractors. When I contacted Black Swann, I had an appointment for an estimation booked that same day. From start to finish, everything about my experience was handled professionally, quickly, and fairly. I had an upstairs shower that had been a nightmare from the first day we bought the house. Mr. Swann gave me a run-down of the process of how this would get fixed, an accurate timeline, and a good list of expectations. His crew was extremely professional, making all of the demolition and construction process occur without any clean-up on my end. They even made sure that no drywall dust got into my kitchen during their work, which was a big deal for me. All in all, I had an excellent experience. I would give them 6 stars, if it were possible. I will absolutely hire them for all of my future renovation needs.

What began as baby…read moresteps, and eventually grew to a moderate climb, came to a screeching halt when the pandemic began. Maybe I shouldn't have spent the two years prior "thinking" about a new bathroom because now four years later, I'm finding supply chain issues and stock problems. I visited all the major home improvement stores to look at tile, countertops, vanities, bathtubs, toilets, etc., only to be told almost everything is out of stock or has outrageously long wait times. My contractor (who needs his own five star review) told me about HV Tile & Stone. It was easy to make an appointment and when I arrived with my ideas and specs in hand, Don Wernecke was eager for my business. Within 30 minutes, I had a good plan in place for my bathroom and had shower/tub/floor tile and grout all picked out and drawn up to order. The showroom is very organized and I appreciated so many choices in tile. Don put all the samples on a work bench table for me to see it all together and this allowed me to envision luxurious baths in what could become my favorite room in the house. This place has everything you need for tiling. Great sample tiles and excellent customer service. And, just because it's Smalltimore, we figured out we have several close friends in common!
