When he called her back in a few minutes, he told her she would have to wait as he had another pick up at 5:40 AM and then he'd get her. Reservations were made a month prior and in fact this pickup was confirmed with Jessica the day prior to the scheduled pickup. Car services need to be 100% reliable. This one is not. We will never use them again as we cannot trust them.

I can use adjectives like "amazing" and "awesome" quite a bit, so that's what I'm going to do. We booked Alpha Car Services for an airport drop off and pick up, a week apart. Our outbound flight was early - EARLY - on a Saturday morning. That meant he had to pick us up even more earlier than early. Kevin arrived on-time, alert and awake, and smiling. Amazing! He even helped us load our luggage into his car. (Probably a good thing, as we were all bleary-eyed and groggy.) He kept us entertained on the early morning drive and delivered us safely to the departure gate. He even helped us unload our luggage. A week later, he picked us up at the airport and drove us home. Our plane ended up being 45 minutes late. Kevin was patient and did not rush us. He even texted us with directions to an alternate pick-up location that was more easily accessible than the crowded pickup lanes. Awesome! Again, he helped us with our luggage and we were quickly on our way home. On our way home, Kevin even offered to take us by our preferred grocery store so we could pick up items that we may need after being gone a week. How considerate is that? Kevin helped us unload our luggage, made sure we could get into our house, and went on his way. His vehicle was immaculate... "showroom clean." His driving was safe. His entire attitude was positive and upbeat. I will certainly use Alpha Car Services the next time I need a ride to the airport. My only regret is that we didn't know about Alpha Car Service earlier! So much better than the other ride-sharing services!

I had trepidation, reading a few reviews and hiring Hickory hop. It turns out like any organization they have had an employee that didn't work out., And the situation was quickly resolved once it came to their attention. My experience was excellent. They called me the night before and prompted me to call once I landed in Charlotte. They were clear and direct on time of pick up , courteous and enjoyable. The 3 hour total drive went very quickly as chose to lightly chat with the friendly, interesting and personable drivers. The stop over in the small private airport easy a basic snack bar/ café, a neat small airport museum, and a very quick break between rides that again was brief and just as they described, e.g. 15 minutes later, my second driver and van came. I strongly recommend Hickory Hop and don't forget to ask about the punchcard.

On a whim, we realized that we were passing by the woodshop of our family friends and we asked if he would mind pulling into the driveway to see if he was home, he didn't even flinch as we pulled up the gravel driveway to the little cottage-like home that was quite the deviation from the plan to the winery. To say he is flexible and accommodating would be an understatement. We are only in the area once, maybe twice a year, but my family is already floating his business card and information around their development because of how great his service is. We reached out the night before and he was available to take us to the airport which is a 2 hour drive. He was super prompt to get us at our cabin, had a clean car, offered us water and was such a delightful driver. He also gave us some history of the area which was nice. Our party of 5 made it safely to the airport for a reasonable price. Not only does he do airport transfers but he also can drive you in the area if you're looking to go to wineries or just get around the mountains without having to drive.
