I was the first one there right at 10 but, there are seats right outside the shop in the event it is busy. Take a seat in the order that you arrive and no more than 3 people at a time. Once someone comes out, next person can go in and everyone should move down a seat. Went in and didn't really know what to look for. Just wanted something to bowl in a little fun work thing that night. Surprisingly, Keith was able to help me find a ball in the weight I asked for and a shoes in my size! Not only that, he was able to drill it right then and there. It was so quick! It was a relief because we were last minute on our part. And I say we because my husband came later in the afternoon and he was also able to get a ball and have it drilled with hours until the party. We were both really satisfied and while we were bowling, I told everyone how quick it was to get our things done with Keith. ...and we won that night (also surprising) Go check it out. It's not a big and fancy store. Just get in, tell him what you want, and he will get it done.

Wanted to find a different place and found Small Engine Clinic on Yelp that's located across the street from Waimalu Shopping Center...so close to where we live which is already a plus. We found out that they do work on Tru-Cut so they said we could drop it off anytime that day. When we dropped it off, he informed us that it'll take about a week...it took a couple of days! Yay!! About a week or 2 after we got it back and first time using it, my husband was cutting grass for about 45 minutes when it cut off. He couldn't start it again so he had to use the weed wacker. He called Small Engine Clinic and explained what happened. They asked him if he could drop it off again. They called 2 days later to pick it up. They informed him that they ran the lawn mower for an hour and it didn't cut off. Not sure if anything else was done but so far, he used the lawn mower twice and it only cut off once but he could start it again. Yay! This place is a family-owned business, nice, helpful and accommodating. We're happy with their service!

He talked about "He is NOT a flaky person" and will prove that, he is NOT like the other landscapers. We told him we are in no crunch, just needs to get done. First day; showed up at 10:15 am worked until 12:30. Took lunch until 3:15 then left for the evening at 6:30. Raleigh worked a total of 2 hours and his brother in law worked 5 hours. While Raleigh was driving around finding a place to dump, I was helping the brother in law uproot bushes. Left a huge mess behind. *Complained about finding a place to dump the greenery. One place was full, the other place his buddy wasn't working and the other was closed. (Excuse for being late, slept in) Second day; Showed up at 3:45pm and left at 5:01pm. Here for an hour and 15 minutes. Still left a mess behind. *Again complained about dumping the greenery. (Excuse for being late, dropped my wife off at airport, had to go home and situate my kids) Third day; Showed up at 2:44pm and left at 6:45pm. Worked 4 hours.
