Specialties
Roof cleaning all commercial white membrane roofs, sheet metal roofing and residential roofs of all types. Mold and mildew and other hydrocarbon build up will reduce the emissivity of roof surfaces. Emissivity is the scientific measurement of the ability for heat to radiate (leave), an object. The lower the emissivity factor, the more heat will be retained in the roof surface. Cleaning and sealing these membranes and other roof surfaces with our proprietary products and methods, we will guarantee years of cool roof temperatures at a cost that provides immediate payback on your investment in cleaning services.
Air Conditioners need to be thoroughly cleaned and sealed. Using similar technology and methodology, TJM will provide solutions to reducing energy bills soon after the service is rendered. This savings in the first year alone will be greater than the money spent on the cleaning itself.
