Technician got the job done, but charged me $190 after quoting $135. The extra $55 "service fee" was only mentioned after the work was complete, with no warning. TJ removed a broken door knob on my front door where the gimble was really stuck in the door jam and wouldn't come back out because the door knob was mechanically broken on the inside. He then replaced the door knob with a new one I had gotten free from the manufacturer and re-keyed the lock. He came same day within a few hours of my call.
