I do love a good TJ max. Looking through them you will certainly find some hidden gems. That being said they have the same things for very expensive you can find almost identical online for 1/3 of the price. However I absolutely love the variety they have and how they match the season to a lot of their things up front. Very cute!!! I myself went in for one thing, and left with a haul of things I did not need lol. But what can I say being a girl is a maintenance. The workers are very sweet and very attentive especially the ladies in the dressing room area as well as the cashier workers. Wonderful service! We checked out Tj Maxx while in town visiting friends and I was a bit underwhelmed at this location. It's a great place to look for Christmas gifts, but they were still organizing stuff so there were boxes everywhere and closed off aisles. They had a good selection of clearance items in the back and I did snag some glasses with pumpkins on them for $4.50. Staff were very friendly and sweet especially the lady working who complimented my purse! read more

Lady in cosmetics is beyond rude and argumentative. Most of the eyeshadow palette's are broken and you only see that when you get home and they won't return it. You can't check to see if they are broken without employees then following you around. Employee then sat and had a conversation to what I assume was another employee wearing yoga shorts and mid drift top. Manager was no help. read more

I was shocked to find that they're not enforcing the current state of California mandate to wear a face mask in public on 6/23. The staff did a good job wiping down the carts, but about half of the shoppers were not wearing a mask. When I inquired, I was told that it's only a guideline, so they're not enforcing it. That's not true. The California Department of Public Health guidelines dated 6/18 are below. Make this your first stop if you're trying to decorate your home or just need staples like sheets, towels, etc. Great selection of kitchenware, bath, and bedroom, and even furniture (really awesome, unique pieces, too). They also have a wide selection of lighting/lamps and wall art, although it can be really hit and miss at times. It is filled with beautiful clothing for the whole family. It is a fun place to shop and browse. It is without a doubt the cleanest and most well-ordered TJ MAXX I have ever visited. All the COVID guidelines are being followed, with masks and sanitizers available. You'll see the exact brand-name stuff at other department stores for much more, so might as well check TJ MAXX Home Goods out first. Sonoraista!! Given the lack of shopping in Sonora, I am okay with TJ Maxx. Don't get me wrong, the store is pretty awesome in itself, but I was hoping for a little higher end, Nordies...per se! This TJ Maxx, like its counterpart Ross down the street, was very clean and organized. No random items in random spots, or stuff strewn about. Everything was organized and easy to shop through. They had some very recognizable brand names here - Roxy, Addidas, Nike, Hurley, Steven Madden, etc. I'm a label whore, so I generally look for these types of things. Another plus, was that they had a bunch of SF Giants stuff. This must be where the send all their out of season merch, cause you don't find this in the 916 very often. Overall, a fun trip with some unexpected finds at very decent prices! Always a favorite place for bargains, this store is so clean (even in non-pandemic times). Today they had a staff member outside sanitizing carts and warmly greeting everyone asking if we needed a cart. Merchandise is understandably lacking right now, but I felt comfortable browsing and folks were mostly abiding by the distancing requirement. The store is also limiting how many people can be inside at once. read more

Tj Maxx is my home away from home.I go there at least twice a week! The womenswear is phenomenal, I love their tops and bottoms but their tops I love the most! I would definitely recommend Tj Maxx to anyone who wants to go on a shopping spree or for anyone who wants to spend hours on shopping. And I definitely recommend getting the makeup also. I absolutely love shopping at my local TJ Maxx!! The store always looks really nice, and sometimes when it isn't, it's because they're so busy ringing everyone up. They try to fill the registers as best they can when everyone decides to get in line all at once. They are always super friendly around the store and always very helpful. It is ironic; however, everytime I happen to be in the area and go to this TJ Maxx, I find stuff I want that I have not been able to find in other areas. Case in point, I have been looking for a royal blue dress with short sleeves for about 6 months with no luck--malls, numerous cities, numerous places. Found one today, and on sale! Because of ankle surgery, I cannot wear most dress shoes, especially since my foot is still a bit swollen. Found a pair here today and they were on sale! I also have been looking for a pair of gold, oval hoops for about 2 months. Found a pair here today. I did not like the price but certainly loved the earrings! Happy customer! read more

Yeah, A-OK! It's a discount store, so, you know, don't expect outstanding customer service or anything, but it is adequate. They do have a very clean and organized store, and a good selection; I shop here all the time. Here's what I HATE... They put those impossible-to-get-off-sticky-as-hell price tags on the FRONT of a picture frame, or book, or mirror. I spend more time trying to clean the goop off the stuff that the discount was even worth. Please stop doing this. read more

Store is great but items we want can't be found due to workers taking it to resale on other websites. We collect Rae Dunn and I was in there yesterday and one of the girls was taking the items out of the boxes and keeping what she wanted before putting it on the shelves. So unless you work here or are friends with someone who work here don't expect to find anything good that you've been wanting. read more

first off, TJ MAXX is WAY cleaner than ROSS. you can actually find things without hunting for an hour. Seeing how the store is one of the only Retail stores left in the area it is still pretty good. they offer almost everything. when I say that I mean by they don't offer kids or men's shoes because it is a smaller TJ MAXX. but you can find clothes, housewares, women's shoes, purses, make up and bath and hair products, kids clothes and active wear. You can't beat the prices. they carry stuff that you would pay way more in a hair salon for inclufin shampoos and conditioners and even straighteners. I got a Jansport backpack for $29.99 that retailed for $99.99 online. and I even found some Merrell hiking boots for arounf $59.99 that retailed for about $79.99 online. All in all, they have good deals and they get at least 2 truck shipments a week with new product. read more

I love TJmaxx. You can always find a great deal here. There are all kinds of name brands! I have gotten adidas and Hurley and quicksilver for my son. Free people and splendid and designer jeans for my daughter and all sorts of other brands! The sales people are always friendly too. You can also get home goods or jewelry. TJ Max was once my go to store, but not anymore. I purchased a suitcase only to find out on the first trip I have ever taken with it, that the zipper separates. Therefore, my entire trip it either had to belted it or taped together. Today I went to return it to TJ Max and was told I couldn't because it is scratched which of course is due the the fact that it doesn't stay closed. TJ Max says I have to send it back to the manufacturer. I paid for an article in good faith, that product was defective and the store where I purchased it is basically saying too bad it's my problem and not there's. read more
