I came here last week and the shoes were amazing. I really liked the topo even though I usually buy hokas. The new balances were nice too. I also did my stride analysis and it sorta confirmed what I was thinking my feet were doing. I got my new soles for my flat arches and I have to say my feet definitely ache less. Anytime I'm in Park City I visit this store, same with the one in Utah County. The quality, texture and look of their clothing is second to none, and the staff has never been anything but friendly and helpful. Sure, it's an outlet and you won't win every time, but believe me when you do it's an awesome feeling and the clothing is amazingly durable and fits my (mostly) slender frame and I look and feel great as a result. Horrible customer service went here to treat my mom for her 50th anniversary. This was the start of…read moreour day. We left with our energy low and pretty much ruined the day. We went in at 1145am got a cute coat on the under $100 rack and they said it's $106 and they are in the process of changing the signs. Then we picked up a really cute shoes and they said sorry that ones sold and it was our last one and we were the only ones in the store. I felt like the way they treated us was if they didn't even want to service us. Never had an experience like this before and sad to say out of 33 years of my life this is the first time I felt such ugly personality shown to us when we were huts about to drop over $1000 in your store. Definitely needs some coaching to these staff. Rude!

I was visiting Park City with a friend and we struck up a conversation with Kristen, who we believed was the shop's owner. She also was accompanied by her pup, Piper. Upon my friend mentioning that she had some old clothes from the '80s taking up space in her closet, Kristen offered to swap numbers to with her and assess if they would be a good fit for the shop.
